Having travelled to Orlando many times we were already sold on the Villa in Orlando experience - so much so that we took the decision to buy a villa of our own.  Orlando really has it all for a fantastic family holiday and having a luxurious villa as a base for your holiday just can't be compared with staying in a hotel - if you have children you will know what we mean.  It affords you the ultimate in flexibility, luxury and affordability.

We have stayed on many villa developments in Orlando and therefore, knew only too well that it was a major part of our decision making, choosing which development to purchase our Villa on.  Highlands Reserve stood out for us the moment we drove onto the development.  Firstly it is located within 10 minutes of Disney, yet far enough away from some of the more over-developed areas.  The glorious tropical landscaping, the surrounding nature reserve and the outstanding golf course seamlessly integrates with this beautiful community.

The villas on this development are set in larger than average plots, thus affording each property maximum privacy and feeling of space.

Our villa (known as a JASMINE) is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.  This overcomes the problem of deciding "who gets the Master Bedroom ?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.

There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands (guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law) - just take a look at the photos.  You won't hear any traffic noise around our villa - just the sounds of nature in the woodland beyond.  On spring evenings, you can hear the warthogs rutting in the woods - quite a comical sound they make !!

The spacious air-conditioned living space totals ~2000 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas.  The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.

The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher.  For your comfort and convenience, a full size washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, as are all towels (including pool towels) and linens .  Please note that all towels are for use within the villa only, therefore, if you plan a trip to the beach or water parks, you will need to bring your own beach towels.

The Master 1 bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror, cable TV, bedside telephone. The en-suite features 'his & hers' sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer.  There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside. 

The Master 2 bedroom has a queen sized bed with the same bedroom furniture and features as Master 1 above. This en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in sink unit and hairdryer. 

The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds) each with walk-in wardrobes, Cable TV's and are served by the remaining bathroom (between the 2 rooms) with a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit. 

There is a large 32" cable TV in the Family Room with a DVD player, Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player and a Nintendo GameCube for the small and big kids.  We have provided a selection of films and games for all ages and you can rent DVD's and GameCube games from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway & Pizzeria (they even deliver to Highlands Reserve).  There is also an additional portable CD Player to play music whilst relaxing by the pool. 

A recent addition is our well equipped Games Room which will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table football, and a full sized championship dartboard with score board.  We hope you enjoy what we have provided - all our previous guests have nothing but praise for our villa. Our large 23' x 13' privately screened pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening.  The pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler safety screen.  The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner.  At night, the porch area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss !!  A 6 seater table with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided for your comfort.  There even is a toddler sized table with 2 chairs for your little ones !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve – this ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service. 

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, potty and baby monitor, which are all provided FREE OF CHARGE.

To make your arrival less stressful, we offer a Welcome Pack which contain basic essentials -  typically consisting of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bread, Butter, Corn Flakes, Eggs, Jam, Orange Juice & Bottled Water - please see Enquiry Form for pricing.  If you have any special requests (case of beer, bottle of wine etc...), we will try to accommodate these - please request these on our Booking Form. 

We have provided a luxury gas fired BBQ for use by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great to unwind on those lazy by the pool days.
