Villa Details
Each room in the villa is served by the central air conditioning / heating unit, and each room has its own ceiling fan for the individual comfort of each guest. The villa also has all the equipment that you would need to look after your baby ot toddler.
Pool Area
The pool area around our villa is probably the only one of its kind in Highlands Reserve. The raised rear walling of the rear of the pool being perfect to enhance privacy whilst swimming and sunbathing. The waterfall feature providing a very relaxing ambience to the long summer days around the pool.
The pool also has lighting for evening use, and is heater (supplement applies) making it the perfect way to enjoy your vacation in piece and privacy. There are plenty of loungers in the pool area in addition to the large circular table and chairs that are located in the lanai.
Main Living Area
The main living area leads out to the pool lanai, through the patio doors that are alarmed for yours and your young childrens safety. The area consists of two, three seater sofas, coffee table, side tables, and a large TV with cable.

Kitchen Nook
The Kitchen is fully equipped as you would imagine, and includes a full size cooker, dish washer, garbage disposal, kettle, blenders, toaster etc. All you would ever need to prepare whatever meal or snack that you wish.
Laundry Room
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board for your use if you should so wish.
Formal Lounge
This sitting room, at the front of the villa, again offers two, three seater sofas, one of which converts to a very comfortable double bed. This room is used generally for quiet reading time, and enables you to have a few moments away from the kids if required !!
Dining Areas
There are two dining areas, the first less formal area is situated next to the Kitchen nook, and constists of a glass table served by six upholstered chairs. The second area is situated in the formal lounge and again is a glass table with six fine upholstered chairs. This table can easily seat more guests if required.
Master Suite
Very large bedroom, with a large six foot wide bed, various chests of drawers, and TV, DVD. The ensuite bathroom off, offers twin vanity units, a very large shower area, seperate lockable WC, and a garden tub bath. A hairdrier is also located on the wall for the use of guests. This bedroom also offers a very large walk in wardrobe.
There is also a cot for the baby in this room, with a good mattress etc.
Double Room
Double bed, with chest of drawers, bedside drawers, TV, DVD, and built in wardrobes.
Twin Rooms 1 and 2
Two single beds, chests of drawers, TV, DVD, and built in wardrobes.
Central Bathroom
Twin vanity units, with bath and shower over, ideal for the 2nd family or just for the kids if needed.
