Ground Floor
Pool & Deck Area
The pool deck is extended on both sides of the villa, allowing for sun from morning to dawn. The view onto the golf course and the orange grove in front is magnificent, and the corner lot allows for privacy from neighbours. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).
Family Room
The family room has comfortable seating for 8 and patio doors overlooking the pool deck and the pool. Be entertained by a 40 " Samsung LCD HDTV with an extended digital cable package, including HBO and HD channels, and a 5.1 surround system. The Sony Playstation 3 has BlueRay DVDs and games.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is fully-equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, large oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juice maker (make your own juice with the oranges from the garden), waste disposer, cutlery and water heater.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook has seating for up to 6 around the round breakfast table and 2 more on the breakfast bar.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining Room
The dining area has seating for up to 12 around a spacious extendable dining table.
Living Room
The Living room has 2 sofas (one is a double sleeper sofa) with seating for up to 6. It has a console unit with books and games, and a TV with Nintendo Wii and Wii games (Sport, MarioParty8 and Play).
Second Master Bedroom
The second master bedroom has a window towards the morning sun, a queen size bed, ceiling fan, LCD TV, walk-in wardrobe (with safe) and en-suite bathroom with bath tub/shower, hair dryer, vanity unit and WC.
Games Room
The double garage is converted into a games room with pool/billiard table, add-on table for table tennis, air hockey, foosball, dart with soft tips and magnet dart (for smaller kids), TV and a tower fan.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom has a fantastic view of the 8th fairway and green, and further onto the 5th and 6th green and the 7th tee. It has a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, LCD TV and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC.
Bedroom 3 -The Golf Room
This bedroom has a wonderful view onto the 8th green, and is decorated with a golf theme. It has two twin beds, LCD TV, ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - The Ocean Room
This bedroom has a nice view onto the 9th tee and the 6th fairway, and is decorated with an ocean theme. It has two twin beds, LCD TV, ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 - The Garden Room
This bedroom is decorated with a butterfly theme, and has a window towards the morning sun. It has a queen size bed, LCD TV, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
The large family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower and a WC.
Restrictions
No pets and non smoking though responsible guests are welcome to smoke on the pool deck.
