LIVING AREAS
There are two living areas. The first of the two living area's is as you enter the villa which has a quiet tranquil feel where you can just relax and is comfortably furnished, and provides open plan access to all areas of the villa and direct access to the pool and deck area via patio doors. The main formal Dining area is in this area.
The smaller family room has a HD TV with a great cable package showing Fox Sports and ESPN showing most English Premier League matches. There is a Playstation 2 and books and DVD'S for you to enjoy. This room is ajacent to the Kitchen and family dining area.
DINING AREA
There are two dining areas One is formal dining the second is less formal and is ajacent to the kitchen.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open plan to the family room and also looks out at the pool area. The kitchen is complete with all the mod cons and has a large fridge freezer and ice-making machine; there is a full size cooker, microwave dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, waste disposal - in fact, all that is needed is the food and drinks.
This room has a snook area which has a Desktop Computer with Skype Audio and Visual (web cam) and we supply Free High Speed Internet access.
KING MASTER BEDROOM
This is a lovely bedroom that has patio access. The furnishings make this room a pleasure to wake up in, with it's large dressing table and drawers, side tables with lights Plus a TV. This room sleeps two but there is plenty of room for a cot or a single bed. With its large en-suite his and hers bathroom you cannot fail to enjoy waking up in the morning with it's separate vanity basins, there is large separate walk in shower. The bath has a great Jacuzzi. There is also a separate WC. Overhead ceiling fan. Bed linen of high quality
QUEEN BEDROOM
This has a large wardrobe, two side cabinets with lights, and has it's own private bathroom, with single vanity sink, bath and shower a light and fresh room. Overhead ceiling Fan for your comfort. Bed linen of high quality
TWIN BEDROOMS
These two separate twin bedrooms have lovely furnishings with two single beds in each, side cabinets and lights. Both have large walk in wardrobes. Both have ceiling fans. good quality bed linen
THIRD BATHROOM
This has a vanity sink, Bath, shower, towels and WC. Hair dryers are supplied.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a large washing machine and large dryer, Ironing board, iron, a clothes hanger/ horse if you want to dry clothes other than the tumble dryer. This leads to the Games room.
GAMES ROOM
For the days you may want to stay around the villa this room is a must for kids and adults alike. There is a football table, a snooker table, air hockey, a dartboard and Bikes that you can use to cycle around Highlands Reserve or the shops that are a 5 minute cycle away.
SWIMMING POOL & SPA
Our large pool & spa faces onto an enviable conservation woodland view. The covered porch offers welcome shade and has a table & 6 chairs for your alfresco dining experience. For those budding chefs, we can provide a rental gas BBQ for about $45/week. There are ample sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort. Pool towels provided
