There are NO villas behind this villa (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands (guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law) - just take a look at the photos.
The generous air conditioned living space totalling 1932 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Laundry Room
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room has everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink, dishwasher, full size washing machine and dryer.
Don't pack too many clothes as you will be able to wash and dry them at the villa - keep the space free in your luggage for all those inexpensive designer clothes you are more than likely to buy whilst here. All towels (including pool towels) and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please note beach towels for use outside the villa are not provided.
Master 1 Bedroom
The Master 1 bedroom has a king sized bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser and mirror. The en-suite features 'his & hers' sinks, separate toilet and oversized walk-in shower. You even have direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.
Master 2 Bedroom
The Master 2 bedroom features a queen sized bed with the same bedroom furniture as above. The second en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit. There are also cable TV's, bedside telephones and hairdryers in both Master Bedrooms.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds), served by the remaining bathroom (between the 2 rooms) with a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit. There are also cable TV's in both these bedrooms. Ceiling fans are fitted in both twins for additional comfort along with the air conditioning. A PlayStation 2 is also provided.
Family Room
There is a large cable TV in the Family Room with a DVD player and Music Centre
The sofa-bed in the Family Room provides additional sleeping capacity for 1 (should you need it) enabling our villa to sleep up to a total of 9 persons with ease (not counting the cot, which makes 10).
Pool & Spa
The 24' x 12' privately screened pool with spa faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening directly out the back. The pool has an oversized deck with removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool.
The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner and more !! At night, the porch area is great for a totally private meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss !! A table, 4 x chairs and 4 x sun loungers are provided for your comfort along with a Gas BBQ to cook those delicious steaks! Additional seating is also provided - stored in the garage.
Baby Equipment
We have also tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair & stroller, which are provided free of charge.
High Speed DSL Internet Access
DSL High Wireless Speed Internet Access is also provided free of charge - just bring your laptop to surf the web and send / receive emails.
