Entrance Foyer
The impressive entrance looks through the formal living room to the swimming pool
Formal Sitting Room
The sitting room offers a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is direct access to the pool area through sliding patio doors.
Family Room
The open plan family room has sliding patio doors with direct access to the pool. There are 2 sofas, an armchair, TV, DVD and VCR.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher , large oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, cutlery & crockery, kettle and telephone. The kitchen table will sit 6.
Formal Dining Room
This room offers a large table with 8 chairs and is ideal for that special occasion.
Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom has sliding patio doors to the pool area and a king size bed. There is a walk in wardrobe, TV and radio alarm clock. The superb en-suite bathroom has a large bath with jacuzzi, walk in shower and double vanity unit with hairdryer. There is a separate WC.
Second Master Bedroom
The second master bedroom has a queen sized bed (a UK king) TV, radio alarm clock, wardrobe and private bathroom with large shower area and WC. There is direct access to the swimming pool.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has a double bed, TV and large built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom has twin beds, TV and large built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom has twin beds, TV and large built in wardrobe
Family Bathroom
This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and WC.
Utility Room
The utility/laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and large sink.
Swimming Pool
Luxury pool with enviable extensive views over the 12th green and beyond. Being on a cul-de-sac location with a wedge shaped plot, you are afforded additional privacy from neighbouring villas and no passing traffic noise. You cannot hear the US27 from our villa !!
We have provided a patio table & 4 chairs plus 5 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort.
The alarmed patio doors prevent small children gaining access to pool without a responsible adults knowledge.
BBQ available at extra cost $40 per week inc. gas.
High Speed Internet Access is provided for your convenience free of charge - please note that ot is not wireless - ethernet cable provided.
