Villa Layout

Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms.  This overcomes the problem of deciding "Who gets the Master Bedroom?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.

There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands - just take a look at the photos.  We have also planted shrubs down each side of the pool cage so that you are also not overlooked from the sides.  The outlook is beautiful and you won't hear any traffic noise around our villa.

The generous air conditioned living space totalling 2000 square feet has soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas.  The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.

You can also make free local and long distance calls throughout the U.S. Puerto Rico and Canada from our villa which makes life easy when you want to check the opening times of a theme park, order a takeaway or book a meal at a dinner show.

We have just added Wireless Digital Internet throughout the villa which is faster than a DSL connection and is for guests who just can't do without their laptops so you can either work or surf the internet within the villa or even sitting out by the pool.

Our villa has an ADT Monitored Alarm System.

The accommodation comprises:

Large Family Room

There is a Large Cable TV in the Family Room with a 100W Home Cinema System, with recently added 250+ Digital Cable TV with Free On Demand Channels, DVD Recorder/Player to record and review your favourite programmes, portable Stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player and a Sony Playstation 2 for the small and big kids.  We have provided 2 controllers, unlike most villas who only supply a single controller, so that family members can play together.  There are a selection of DVD and PS2 titles for you to use free of charge and the latest DVD's and Playstation 2 games can be easily rented from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway & Pizzeria (they even deliver to Highlands Reserve).  The Dining area overlooks the pool and incorporates a table with 6 upholstered chairs plus a further 2 occasional chairs.

If you require even more sleeping capacity then there is also a sofa-bed in the Family Room, which means that our villa can sleep up to 10 people with ease.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances.  These include a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and blender.  Also included are a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. We have also provided a full set of high standard patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.  There is a telephone with Free Local and National Calls to The United States and Canada.

Utility Room

For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.  This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those cheap designer clothes from the many shopping malls.
 
All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience.  Please note beach towels for use outside the villa are not provided.

Master Bedroom 1

The Master 1 bedroom has a king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror & cable TV.  The en-suite features "his & hers" sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer.  There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.  We have also provided a digital clock radio alarm for those early morning theme park days.

Master Bedroom 2

The Master 2 bedroom also has a king sized bed with the same bedroom furniture and features as Master 1 above. This en-suite has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in vanity unit and hairdryer.  Cable TV and a DVD player is also provided as well as a digital radio alarm clock.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has a king sized bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, large dresser with mirror & cable TV and DVD player.  A digital radio alarm clock is also provided. 

Bedroom 4

The remaining bedroom has 2 single twin sized beds, dresser, large wardrobe and cable TV and DVD player.  A digital radio alam clock is also provided.

Family Bathroom

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by the remaining bathroom (between the 2 rooms) with a bath, shower over, toilet and built-in vanity unit.

Games Room

Brand new and fitted with full sized pool table, air hockey table, table football and competition darts board for your enjoyment on those days when the weather is not at it's best.

Screened Pool & Deck

The large pool & spa has an oversized deck with removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool.  Relax in the bubbling spa after a hard day at the many theme parks, in the shopping malls or on the golf course. Just lie back and let the bubbles slowly massage away all your aches & pains.

The covered porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.  At night, the porch area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss !!  A table, chairs and sun loungers are all provided for your comfort.

Any extra items that you want are available on request including Gas BBQ, cot (crib), highchair & stroller.  We can even provide a grocery pack waiting for you on arrival so that you don't have to go straight out to the supermarket after a long, tiring flight (please request this when completing the booking form).

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week.
