The Luxurious King Bed

This is the first indication that your indulgent holiday is about to start.The ensuite offers two washbasins, toilet, corner bath and walk-in shower. There is a walk-in closet which has a  hanging space and there is ample drawer-space for all your holiday clothes in the main bedroom area. There is a two-seater Love Seat, TV and DVD. The floor-safe is in the closet area

The Spacious Queen Bedroom 

Enjoys the use of the Jack and Jill ensuite, which consists of toilet, washbasin and bath with shower. The Jack and Jill bathroom shares with bedroom 6, but to ensure your privacy and sole use, just turn the internal lock on the adjoining door to keep it closed. There is also a walk-in closet and ample drawer space. TV and DVD .

The Queen with adjacent Bathroom

Is situated on the ground floor. There is a large dresser and walk-in closet. There is also a TV and DVD. The bathroom is a few steps away down the corridor.

The 2 further Twin Rooms

These have matching twin beds. If you prefer it, one set of twins can be converted to a kingbed. Each room has a large closet and a dresser. TV and DVD's are also provided.

The Fourth Bathroom

Is situated on the landing with easy access for the guests in the two twin rooms

Den

Situated upstairs, the den is equipped with sofa bed and pull-out trundle bed (both single-bed size) plus TV/DVD and Sony Playstation 2. A good hide-out space for kids and teenagers. If you wish to access it, the den can have use of the Jack and Jill bathroom used by bedroom 2.

Baby Equipment

A cot, high chair and stairgate are available, free-of-charge, on request.

Formal Lounge

The comfortable and roomy three-seater Sofa and  2 seater Love Seat offer enough room for up to 7 people. There is a  TV/DVD here, as well as the Router for the wifi. (Full details for connection are in the House Handbook)

Formal Dining Room

The formal table and chairs offer a special dining area for 8 people.

Family Room

The  three-seater Sofa plus two Love Seats offer space for up to 8 people. There is Cable TV/DVD/stereo and CD Player in the unit here. There are also a number of novels and a selction of Board games such as chess, ludo, draughts and playing cards.

Well - Equipped Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. There is a large cooker with oven and four top rings. There is a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. The newly fitted granite surfaces  give the kitchen a special quality and the upgraded coffee maker, juicer, kettle and toaster all add to that  feeling of quality. There is cutlery, crockery, glassware and poolware for 12 people. All cooking pots and pans are also provided.

There is a table with seating for 6 and an additional two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Games Room

The games Room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With  table tennis, air hockey, pool, basketball, darts, fussball table, weights and exerciseball - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.The wall-mounted TV also means that you do not have to miss your favourite TV programme. There are four tennis racquets and tennis balls that can be used at the public courts on Highlands Reserve and the 2 bikes can offer a quick journey there !!

Laundry Room

With washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron, washing your clothes while on holiday is made easy. 

Extended Deck and Lanai

The extended deck ensures that sun worshippers are able to keep their tan topped up, as the sun is on the deck from sunrise to sunset. The extended lanai offers shade to those of a more delicate disposition. With 8 loungers, there are plenty of beds to go around.

Toddler pool safety fence ensures safety for the very young. This can be removed subject to you feeling confident about safety around the open pool.

The two tables - one with 6 chairs and one with 4 chairs offer seating for all your party.

The BBQ is kept on the deck under the lanai.
