Pool
The luxurious south east facing pool offers an excellent location to relax and enjoy the excellent Florida climate. We provide a table, chairs and loungers to accommodate 10 people. The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to April) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.
Lounge
The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the 42" HD Flat Screen TV, cable TV, DVD Player and IPod docking station. A selection of films and books is provided for your enjoyment. This room also benefits from a ceiling fan.
Dining Areas
There are two dining areas, a formal dining area and a breakfast nook. The breakfast nook is situated in the kitchen and ideal for the kids. The formal dining area is located next to the lounge and has a large table beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen is very well equipped to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice maker and constant filtered ice cold drinking water, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience. You will also find pool towels here for your use.
Master Bedroom
This magnificent room is furnished with a Queen bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet, ample drawer space and ceiling fan. The designers touch really makes this room special, and of course it has its own HD Flat screen wall mounted TV & DVD player. The en-suite bathroom enjoys his and hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle. A hair dryer is provided in each of the bathrooms.
Bedroom 2
A delightful queen bed features in this room with matching furniture which along with the soft furnishings makes this a very comfortable room. In addition there is a large wardrobe, ceiling fan and TV. The adjoining en-suite bathroom consists of a bath and shower for your comfort.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom features twin beds and shares the third bathroom with bedroom 4. Ample hanging and drawer space is provided along with a TV and ceiling fan for your comfort.
Bedroom 4
This room has twin beds, a TV, ceiling fan, and the built in closet and chest of drawers provide plenty of clothes storage space. This room shares bathroom with bedroom 3.
Games Room
Enjoy our new games room with Pool Table, Air Hockey, 2 player Basketball Game and Darts Board. A selection of board games are also available and 2 sets of golf clubs for your use.
