We have a local manager (lives right on the development), so you can be sure, you'll be well taken care of, in case you ran into any issues, during your stay night or day. Walk in through the front door, and this is what awaits you in this luxurious gem:
Ground Floor
Formal Living Room
Drop your bags and immediately turn to your right. What awaits you are large luxurious couches with matching tables. The large windows, will allow the Florida sun to bathe the room throughout the day. The furniture's bold colors make for a beautiful picture especially when the sun is going down.
Formal Dining Area
Next to the living room, is the formal dining area, set with exquisite china ready for your next meal.
Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
Past the dining area, is a well equipped kitchen just waiting for you to put your culinary skills to the test. It has everything you can think of in a modern kitchen; microvave, freezer/fridge, garbage disposal, electric kettle, cutlery etc. All it requires is for you to walk to the store, across the street for groceries and you are ready to go. The breakfast nook and bar will make for an ideal dining area for simple meals and snacks, if you are tempted to take them out to the pool deck.
Pool and Spa
From the breakfast nook, the sparkling pool is clearly visible, just waiting for you to dive in. It's 28' by 14' with a bubbling raised spa - both are optionally heated of course (recommended from May to October). You'll have a hard time getting up from the cushioned deck furniture.
The pool has a removable safety fence for added protection in case you have little ones with you and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. There is a ceiling fan in case you need to cool down.
For a minimal cost ($6 per day + tax, minimum 7days rental), we can arrange to get you a BBQ amongst other things, that will help make your holiday once to remember.
Family Room.
The spacious family room will allow the whole family to relax together at any time. The luxurious furnishings and the entertainment center equipped with with cable TV (Tonnes of HD movies) and VCR will enable you to absolutely enjoy your holiday. It's also equipped with a ceiling fan.
First floor Bedroom.
Behind the family room and across from the formal living room, is a beautiful spacious bedroom equiped with a full size bed. It also comes with a crib (Pack and play), which can be moved to one of the other bedrooms, depending on your family needs. The bedroom has plenty of storage spaces (Walk in Closet, Drawers), and has direct access to the adjacent full bathroom. Similar to all the other bedrooms in villa, it's equipped with cable TV and a ceiling fan.
Laundry Room.
This is next to the garage entrance, and is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron box and an ironing board.
Second Floor
Master bedroom.
Up the stairs past the landing is the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king-size bed with matching nightstands and lamps, dresser with cable TV, telephone and clock/radio/alarm, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a master en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, plus roman tub and toilet. The beautiful soft golden colors creates a very relaxing haven after a day at the parks.
Bedroom 2
This is furnished and decorated to apeal to children or the young at heart. It has a two twin-size beds with a nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan and is equipped with cable TV. It also has sizable walk in closet to meet all your storage needs.
Bedroom 3 and 4
This are adjacent to the family bathroom and each is furnished with two twin-size beds. They also have plenty of closet and cupboard space, and are furnished withg nightstands, dressers, as well as cable TV's.
