Living Area
On entering the villa into the welcoming tiled foyer area opening out into the wonderful large open plan living room and pool deck beyond through patio doors.
The living room is furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs, large coffee table and an entertainment centre containing a 47" flatscreen HDTV and XBox 360 games console.
The patio door from the living area lead directly into the covered lanai and pool area beyond.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with white cabinets, breakfast bar and a comprehensive range of appliances, includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Also included is a large selection of tableware, glasses and cutlery.
Dining Area
Next to the kitchen and overlooking the pool is the dining area providing seating for 4. A perfect setting to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner where you can enjoy the delicious food that Florida has to offer.
Laundry Room
Laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as an ironing board & iron.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom with queen sized bed is truly welcoming to our guests. Overlooking the pool you have direct access to the pool deck from the master bedroom. The large walk-in closet is spacious and gives our guests plenty of space. For your comfort & entertainment there is a 32" flatscreen HDTV.
The beautiful luxury en-suite bathroom includes a large oval bath, huge walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units, large mirror and WC. We have even provided a hairdryer.
Second Bedroom
Is beautifully decorated bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and 19" cable HDTV.
Third Bedroom
This bedroom has 2 twin beds, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and 19" cable HDTV.
Family Bathroom
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a this bathroom which has a bath with shower over, sink and WC.
Screened Pool and Deck
Leading out through the patio doors the deck and pool area provides you with excellent privacy.
Around the pool there is plenty of space to relax on the 2 sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. At night, the lanai is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - we have provided a 4 seater patio table and ceiling fans for your comfort.
The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool area is protected by a toddler safety fence and pool door alarms for the security of young children.
Alfresco Dining
In the garage there is a BBQ grill available for you. We don't charge you anything for the use of it. Although we do not supply gas refills if needed they can be purchased for very little money from the local gas station.
Golfing
If golfing is your passion you are in the right place. Highlands Reserve Golf course is a beautiful 72 championship golf course where the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
