Our luxury villa is on the exclusive Highlands Reserve Golf club & is within 100m of the clubhouse & 1st tee. It is fully air conditioned with heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing around after a day on the golf course or after visiting the many attractions in and around Orlando. Our villa has the added bonus of a games room, wireless internet access and a kids entertainment room.

Open plan through lounge/kitchen/diner with oblong dining table and six padded chairs. Fully fitted kitchen which includes large fridge/freezer with iced water/cube dispenser, cooker/hob, waste dipsosal unit, dish washer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a full range of cutlery, crockery, saucepans and glasses.

Kids Room

Three seater couch, armchair, foot stool, Flat Screen TV with integral DVD player and Play Station 3 with selection of games.

Games Room / Garage

Has pool table and air hockey table and is also used as laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Master Bedroom

Has Queen sized bed with large walk in closet, fitted floor safe in closet, bedsibe cabinets, chest of drawers, cable TV and babies travel cot.

En-Suite

Twin sinks over built in units, bath, large walk in shower cubicle and separate WC

Bedrooms 2 & 5

Are both set up with double beds, fitted closest and chest of drawers

When you book a villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
