on the right to generate a quotation
- then if the villa is available,
you can then proceed to booking
this villa.
When you book a villa your
completed booking form is automatically
emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or
full balance depending on how soon the rental
starts - if they accept credit/debit cards
or PayPal you will be offered this convenient
method of payment in the booking form (please
note that there will be a surcharge of 4%
applied when paying by credit or debit card)
You are not
obligated to pay by this method
and alternative payment methods such
as bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers
draft/counter check which may be offered
to you by the owner when they contact you.
For security
reasons, the address, directions to the
villa & entry instructions are not divulged
until all monies have been paid in full
to the owner.
