Our modern private villa is spacious, airey and immaculatley presented having been completely refurbished.  What is more it is situated on the prestigious and highly sought after Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club. An ideal location for those golfers amongst us with a Par 72 Championship Golf Course on your doorstep, only 15 minutes from the main Disney attractions and centrally positioned to explore the other attractions that Florida has to offer.

The property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comprising 2 master bedrooms with full en-suites and 2 further twin bedrooms serviced by another bathroom. This makes our villa ideal for two families wishing to share the property and have equal use of all the amenities.

The refreshing pool is fully screened, backs onto Conservation Woodland and is not overlooked by neighbours ensuring that your stay is both private and tranquil, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the Theme Parks. The covered porch offers shade from the sun and also an ideal area for those al fresco BBQ's. The fully equipped games room provides a sanctury if the Florida weather is not in the 80's or if the children want to be kept entertained. Cable TV's in all the the rooms further ensures that everyone can get away and have their own privacy.

Whether it be Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, the beach, golf or just a Florida break our villa is central to it all and offers a luxury home from home.

Master Bedroom 1

This bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror over, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobes. A 26" LCD TV is also provided. The large en-suite features his and hers sinks, mirror, separate toilet, large walk in shower and hairdryer. You can also access the pool area directly from here enabling you to walk directly into a shower from the pool.

Master Bedroom 2

The second master bedroom offers a queen size bed, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror over, walk in wardrobe and a 26" LCD TV. The en-suite has a bath with shower over, separate toilet & mirror.

Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4

These two rooms both have twin single beds, both have walk in wardrobes,19" LCD TV's and are serviced by a further bathroom central to both rooms. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, toilet and built in sink.

Family Room

This spacious living area has comfortable chairs, a sofa and the added benefit of a ceiling fan offering a cool place to relax, there is a 42" LCD cable TV, DVD player, plus a PS2 games console with variety of games helping to keep those active minded individuals entertained.

Kitchen & Dining Area

The open plan kitchen and dining area allow a relaxed approach to food preparation and dinning without leaving anyone out from the villa's activities. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the mod cons, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, full size American side-by-side Fridge Freezer with chilled water dispenser and ice maker ideal for those cocktail evenings by the poolside!

Games Room

This room is equipped with air hockey, electronic dart board, full size pool table and table football and enables the big kids amongst us to unwind away from the sun.

Pool and Pool Deck

The screened 23' x 12' pool faces towards the peaceful conservation woodland area, and has the enviable position of not being overlooked by any neighbours, ensuring your stay is private. The pool can be heated upon request and a child safety screen is provided to ensure peace of mind and the well being of your kids. There are sun loungers a dinning table and a further 6 chairs on the deck. The covered porch with a ceiling fan affords shelter from the Florida sun and provides a relaxing area to eat outside and have those lazy BBQ's.
