Entrance Hall

As you step into this beautiful villa with it's vaulted ceilings, it certainly gives you the WOW factor!! There is a Formal living area which comprises of two sofas, two side tables and a coffee table and there is a cordless telephone for your convenience. Has a large Metal Wall Clock. The Formal Dining area has a table that will seat six. The ground floor has been newly fitted with cream ceramic tiles throughout to keep it cool and clean. There is an integral door which leads to the Games Room.

Games Room

This has been recently refitted as a games room, with a Pool table, Darts board, Football and Table Tennis. Ideal for all the family to enjoy and unwind. Ceiling fan fitted.

Family Room

This large living area has a flat screen cable TV with DVD player, ceiling fan and 3 comfortable sofas for all the family to lounge around and it overlooks the large pool deck and spa. The patio doors have been fitted with alarms to comply with Florida law, a safety aspect for small children.

Kitchen / Diner

This is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including large cooker/oven, fridge/freezer with ice & cold water dispenser, microwave oven and a telephone. There is also another six seater dining table and chairs, which overlooks the pool & spa, patio doors (again fitted with alarms) and easy access to and from the pool.

Laundry Room

This is on the ground floor and is equipped with a large washing machine and separate dryer. Iron and Ironing board and lots of towels and extra linen.

Ground Floor Bedroom

This bedroom has a double bed, fitted carpet, and large built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, cable TV and a radio alarm clock. It has a private corridor with access to the bathroom & WC and a separate door leading onto the pool area. Ideal for the grandparents.

Master Bedroom

This very large room on the 1st floor is accessed through double doors, and has a King Size bed, the room has been tastefully decorated with lovely warm colours. The luxury en-suite comprises of a large corner bath and His "n" Hers vanity units and hair dryer. It also has a large walk in shower, walk in wardrobe and an enclosed WC. Has cable TV and ceiling fan. There is a telephone on bedside cabinet and radio alarm clock, and wall to wall carpetting.

1st Floor Bedrooms

There are 3 other bedrooms, one has a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with hair dryer, with twin beds. The other two are also twin bedded rooms and they share a family bathroom. All rooms have fitted carpets, cable TV, wardrobes and ceiling fans.

Bonus Room / 6th Bedroom

This is an open plan area, fully carpeted with a Unit that has TV, games console, along with Videos & CD player, games etc. Ideal for children as it has a sofa bed which pulls out and makes two singles plus ceiling fan.

Exterior

This villa is located just 2 minutes away from the entrance of the Golf Course and Golf Shop, and a 5 minute walk to the Tennis Courts, Communal pool and Children's Play Area. All external doors to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of children.

Enjoy our large private fully screened heated pool & spa, with 4 sun loungers, along with table and 4 chairs under a lanai with ceiling fan & light. Patio doors give you quick access to kitchen area. Have no worries about getting sand in the pool or golf balls heading your way! 

Gas barbeque available upon request for hire - $70 per week includes delivery/collection and a full bottle of gas.

During 2012 we are offering all our guests free unlimited golf on Highlands Reserve so all guests staying in our villa during 2012 can play as many times as they want. Please note that golf buggy & golf club hire is not included in this amazing deal.
