The family room has two sofa's, a 42" cable TV and overlooks the pool deck with 'alarmed' patio doors for added safety . There is a further lounge with two sofa's and a dining area complete with dining table and chairs. The upper floor has a large open area with free PC broadband+WIFI access and is equipped with a sofa bed.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is equipped with all modern conveniences including large fridge/freezer with ice maker for those 'cold' drinks !! The kitchen has a breakfast bar and separate table and chairs.
Utility Room
On the ground floor, the utility room has a washing machine and a separate large tumble dryer, iron and irononig board.
Master Bedroom

Exterior
The villa is situated on a large South West pool deck facing plot, maximising your sunshine during the day and giving a fantastic sunset vista during the evening. The pool deck area overlooks the golf course fairways and is equipped with sun beds, BBQ, tables and chairs. There is a large double garage converted into a games room with access direct into the villa via internal door to the hallway entrance area.
