Our open plan single storey 4 bedroom villa is fully air conditioned and has plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people. It is just a 15 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and close proximity to all major attractions it provides an ideal retreat for families and golfing parties alike.
Lounge
The living room provides a comfortable place to relax after a hard day out at the parks or at the golf course, it has comfortable 2 and 3 seater sofas, coffee table, side tables and ceiling fan lights with a 37" LCD cable TV with DVD and DVD's to watch. Telephone with free local calls and free wireless high speed internet access. Tiled floor leads to sliding doors on to the patio and pool area. Dining room has table chairs and looks out on to the pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possible need to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Kitchen contents include;

All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and a safe and hairdryers for guests use.

There is also a games room within the garage it has a good quality pool table, air hockey table and electronic dartboard 20" LCD cable TV, table and stools. Kids of all ages can enjoy themselves as well as the adults.

Pool area
The pool is private and screened to keep out bugs and wild life but still allowing you to top up your tans while relaxing. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. Patio table chairs and umbrellas can be found by the pool along with sun loungers. The pool area is a great place for barbeques. BBQ available on request for additional cost.
Golf course
The 18 hole par 72 Highlands Reserve Golf Course was designed by Mike Dasher and has tree lined fairways, reminiscent of the Carolinas, open fairways likened to the great Scottish course and a bit of the old Florida with citrus trees dotting the countryside. Large fast undulating greens make this course challenging for all levels of golfers and one of the most enjoyable Orlando golf course around and is rated 3.5 stars out of 5 by Golfers Digest.
