Pool & Spa
The luxurious private pool and spa offers wonderful views onto the 3rd fairway and provides an excellent location to sunbathe and to relax in the evening warmth in the Florida climate.
The covered lanai with ceiling fan provides welcome shade and is an ideal place to enjoy an alfresco meal - the lanai is equipped with a patio table and 6 chairs. For your sun bathing comfort, there are 4 sun loungers
The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended for October to April stays) but for those really hot days of summer, the lanai is equipped with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool as you sip those iced drinks by the pool.
A toddler pool safety fence is provided for your piece of mind.
Gas BBQ available for a small charge.
Family Room
The spacious family room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished to allow our guests to relax and should they choose, enjoy the entertainment offered by the 100 channel cable TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD's. There is a large selection of books and games for your enjoyment. This room also benefits from a ceiling fan and has direct access onto the pool deck.
Living Room
Should you want to relax in a quieter area, our sitting room provides a luxurious, light and airy space where you can chill out away from the Family room. Here you will find large comfortable chairs and sofas in which to relax and rest those weary limbs at the end of the day.
Dining Area
The formal dining area is located next to the living room and has a large table with 6 - 8 chairs beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.
Kitchen
The large open plan kitchen comes complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery & cutlery - all you need is the food and drink!! Previous guests have commented on how extremely well-equipped the kitchen is.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook looks out on to the lanai and pool area and has a table and 6 chairs plus and additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Ground Floor Bedroom
A delightful ground floor bedroom with Queen bed. This room has a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player, and access to an adjoining shared bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and single vanity.
Games Room
Should the kids have any excess energy after those days at the park, or on those days when the parents want to relax around the pool, we have provided something to keep them happy. All of the garage has been converted to a games room with a full size 8' pool table, Table Foosball, Air-hockey table and a Dartboard.
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.
First Floor
Master Suite
This magnificent room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. The soft furnishings and decorations really make this room special, and of course it has its own cable TV & DVD/VCR player. This room enjoys lovely views onto the golf course. There is a safe provided for your convenience.
The adjoining en-suite bathroom enjoys his and hers vanity units, large corner bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC cubicle.
Bedroom 3
Wonderful Queen bedroom with cable TV & DVD/VCR, Ceiling fan and with large closet.
Bedroom 4
Twin dolphin-themed bedroom ideal for younger members of your party, with ceiling fan & cable TV with VCR. This room is situated next to the upstairs family bathroom.
