The kitchen has everything you would expect from a luxury home: a large American double-door fridge freezer and icemaker, a large oven, microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron and ironing board in the utility room. All communal rooms and bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. Linen and beach towels are provided.
Backing onto the 3rd fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course makes Fairway View an ideal home for the golfing enthusiast. It is also ideal for families who want an idyllic setting. There is a fantastic view of the golf course from the back of the house, which you can also enjoy from the 32 foot oversized pool and spa.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is
automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance
depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept
credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this
convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there
will
be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by
this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire
transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an
option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
