This lovely Villa have been fully refurbished. We have laid new tiles throughout the hallway and living areas and painted the whole villa in new colours inside and out. We have also updated the villa with all new furniture including 5 new flat screen TVs.
This villa has a wireless high speed Internet Connection, TV's in every bedroom, free phone calls all across USA and Canada.

Family Room / TV Lounge
Family room has direct access to the large pool deck and is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, 2 love seats, cocktail table, side tables, large entertainment center housing a 50" full HD flat screen cable TV & DVD player.
Pool Area
West facing pool with a magnificent views of the Golf Course. The sun shines all day on the sun deck, and in the evenings you have the most magnificent sunsets. There is a large covered patio with shaded area and patio table seating 4, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer in the shade
Take in the breath-taking views over the fairways while you sit and unwind in our spectacular pool, whether you have had a hard days golfing or a whole day at one of the many theme parks just a stone throw away.
The pool deck is equipped with 4 sun loungers to enjoy the whole day sunshine. The pool can be heated at extra cost if required.
Relax Lounge / Den Area
We converted the old dining room into a lovely relaxing living room furnished with a 3 seater queen sized sofa bed, cocktail table, desk with chair and a 37" flat screen cable TV, DVD player and Playstation 2. This room also doubles up as a second TV lounge.
Dining Area
The dining area located to the rear of the kitchen in the feature bay window overlooking the pool deck. It is the perfect size for entertaining or for simply having a romantic meal. The light and airy dining area has a dining table seating 8 comfortably and being next to the kitchen, it ensures entertaining is totally stress free.
Fully Fitted Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 12 persons and includes a large American style fridge freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom is comfortably furnished in cherry colour with a King size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps and 42" flat screen cable TV. From the master bedroom there is access to the pool deck through sliding doors.
The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with his & hers vanities, large corner bath and exceptionally large walk-in shower. The toilet is situated in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.
2nd Master Bedroom
With Queen sized bed with dressing table, bedside nightstands and 32" flat screen cable TV. All furniture in cherry colour. This bedroom has a lovely view of the golf course. The ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC and has direct access to the pool deck.
Queen Bedroom
This bedroom with Queen sized bed, dressing table, 2 nightstands all in cherry colour. Large 37" flat screen cable TV.
1st Twin Bedroom
This twin bedded room has 2 nightstands and a cable TV. This room is fitted with bedding in an All American Sports theme. This bedroom is furnished in pine.
2nd Twin Bedroom
This twin bedded room has 2 nightstands and a cable TV. This room is fitted with bedding in a Little Mermaid theme. This bedroom is also furnished in pine.
Utility Room
This room is fitted with Washer, Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board.
Baby Equipment
We can provide a cot (crib) and highchair on request.
BBQ
BBQ available at extra cost $50 / £30 per week incl. gas and cleaning after use.
