The outstanding 28' by 14' pool and terrace, with lanai and fan for your comfort, large table, six luxury padded chairs, infrared gas barbeque, four sun-loungers, and pool box with pool toys.
Backing onto the 6th and 7th fairways, the landscaped gardens and palm trees make this an ideal setting to spend your days and nights relaxing by the pool.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended October to May). There is a fitted pool safety screen.
Games Room
The games room has a top quality 7' air hockey table, foosball table and compendium games table, with ceiling fan, wall fan and bar stools. Two tennis rackets and balls are provided for use at the community tennis court (complimentary use for our guests - located near the Highlands Reserve golf clubhouse).
Family Room
The open plan family room has sliding glass doors that lead to the outstanding pool and terrace. There are 2 large comfortable sofas, ceiling fan, a 42" LCD cable TV, a DVD player and an iPod dock/player.
Second Sitting Room
The sitting room has 2 sofas, a coffee table, 3 side tables and a selection of reading books. It also has a 32" LCD TV with DVD player, DVD's, CD player, and a PS2 games console and games.

With a large dining table and 6 chairs, this is perfect for formal dining.

The breakfast nook is furnished with table, chairs and 2 x bar stools to the breakfast bar.
