The outstanding 28ft by 14ft pool and terrace, with lanai and fan for your comfort on hot days, table, luxury padded chairs and sun-loungers. Backing onto the 6th and 7th fairways, the landscaped gardens and palm trees make this an ideal setting to spend your days and nights relaxing by the pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended October to April). There is a fitted pool safety screen.

Family Room

The open plan family room has sliding glass doors that lead to the outstanding pool and terrace. There are 2 large comfortable sofas, ceiling fan, a large LCD cable TV, a DVD player and DVDs, and a PS2 games console and games.

Kitchen

The large kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, large oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, cutlery/crockery and kettle.

Breakfast Nook

The breakfast nook is furnished with table, chairs and bar stools to the breakfast bar.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience

Formal Dining Area

With a large dining table with 6 chairs, this is perfect for formal dining.

Formal Sitting Room

The sitting room has 2 sofas, a coffee table, 3 side tables and a chess table. It is perfect for quiet relaxation or escaping from the TV.

Second Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed (a UK king), ceiling fan, cable TV and DVD, walk-in wardrobe (with floor-mounted safe) and en-suite bathroom.

The large master bedroom has fantastic views of the fairway and surrounding conservation area and has a king size bed (a UK super king), ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, cable TV and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious marble corner bath, walk-in shower, his/hers marbled vanity unit and a separate WC.

This bedroom has twin beds, a wall-mounted LCD TV, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
