The villa can sleep up to eight to ten people. Outside there is a large covered porch leading to a south facing screened sun deck area with chairs tables and sun loungers a 24' x 12' heated pool and a relaxing spa. The accomodation consists of:

Pool & Spa
The private south facing pool and spa is perfect for the days when you feel like a lazy day relaxing and topping up the tan. The covered lanai area has a ceiling fan for when the midday temperatures begin to soar. Alternatively after a busy day around the theme parks it is the perfect area to sit relax and reminisce on the experiences of the day.
Living Area / Family Room
The spacious family room has a large three-seat sofa bed and a two-seat sofa. The well equipped room has cable TV with DVD player along with three coffee tables. For your convenience and enjoyment there are some DVDs, books and games.
Sitting Room
In case you need to sit back and quitely relax and reflect on the day there is a sitting room away from the pool and the family living room. It is equipped with 2 comfortable sofas and coffee table.
Dining Area
There are two dining areas one a breakfast nook and then the main dining table with 6 chairs which is just offset from the family living area.
Kitchen Area
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer (with water and ice dispenser), waste disposal, electric cooker microwave oven dishwasher kettle coffee maker cutlery crockery and a telephone. There are even glasses for that special bottle of wine after a day in the parks.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and has a queen sized bed ensuite bathroom with a large shower his and hers basins and a walk in closet. Cable TV and radio alarm clock.
Laundry Room
In the laundry room there is a top loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Electric iron and ironing board vacuum cleaner and a lockable door to the double garage. For your convenienec there are also several pool towels provided.
Second Bedroom
In the second bedroom there is a double bed and closet along with several drawers for clothes.
Third and Fourth Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have twin beds and wardrobes along with matching furniture with drawers. There is also a cot (crib) that can be taken into any of the bedrooms.
Games Room
Just in case you still have some energy left the garage has been converted into a games room with table tennis table darts and table football.
