It is fully air conditioned for your comfort. Built in 2000 it has many upgraded features including a pool with spa which seats up 6 people, large extended deck area with one table and chairs in the sun and another under the covered lanai.
Large Pool and Spa
The Deck area and 30 ft by 15 ft pool at the rear face South West, so you can enjoy the spectacular setting sun relaxing by the pool or soaking away those Disney / Golfing aches in the Spa. The pool is maintained and cleaned regularly by our management company, which may be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge.
The Villa has its own private upgraded large swimming pool and spa. Bathe in the brilliant Orlando sunshine on the extended decking area and relax among the pine trees after a hard day touring, beaching or golfing.
Sun beds, patio tables and chairs are provided .
Kitchen
The luxury Kitchen has upgraded Corian work surfaces, with the breakfast bar overlooking the breakfast nook and beautifully appointed Family room.
Family Room
This is a wonderfully positioned room overlooking the pool, accessed through another set of patio doors. It has plenty of space for all the family so you can plan the day ahead in comfort. For your entertainment we have provided a large flt screen cable TV with DVD player.
The large sitting area overlooks the pool, which is accessed through the patio doors, beyond which is the covered patio providing some welcome shade on those very hot sunny days.
Dining Room
The dining room is provided with easy access to both kitchen and living room. A great setting for the family meal.
The lounge, formal dining room, kitchen & family room are all located in the central area of the villa stretching to the rear, with the bedrooms located to the sides.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom (located to the front right side of the villa) is 17 ft x 13 ft, with access to the pool through patio doors. It has a King size bed, vertical mirror, 2 nightstands, 2 lamps, Dresser, clock radio, TV with remote, telephone and chair. It has a large walk in closet.
The ensuite bathroom, beautifully appointed with cultured marble, has a garden tub with Hydro Spa and spacious shower unit. It is equipped with a hair dryer, 16 bath towels, 16 hand towels and 1st aid kit.
Double Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom (located to the front left side of the villa) measures 13ft by 10ft and has a double bed, vertical mirror, chest of drawers, nightstand, lamp and built in wardrobes. It also has a TV with remote and clock radio.
Twin Bedroom
Bedroom 3 (located to the left side of the villa) measures 13ft by 10ft and has twin beds, chest of drawers, lamp, TV with remote, clock radio and in-built wardrobes.
Family Bathroom
The guest bathroom (located on the left side of the villa) can be accessed from the pool area and the alcove between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. It is luxuriously appointed in cultured marble with large walk in shower. Also this bathroom has 16 bath towels, 16 hand towels and hair dryer.
We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair and stroller which are all provided FREE OF CHARGE.
WiFi Internet Access
We have provided high speed WiFi internt access which works throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your wireless laptop or smartphone to enjoy free internet access and email.
