Ground Floor

Pool & Deck Area

Our pool deck backs on to the golf course offering unrivalled magnificent views of the golf course. Whether you're sunbathing on the pool deck or daydreaming on a lounger, the golf views will keep you captivated.

We have provided 6 sun loungers and a patio table with 4 chairs for your comfort.

For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided a state of the art stainless steel 6 burner gas BBQ with tools.  If you run out of gas, it can be replaced cheaply enough at the local Publix gas station.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).

For you and your children's safety we have pool alarms on doors leading on to pool area.

Living Room

As you enter the villa you find the living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6 and a cable TV.

This light and airy room which features high vaulted ceilings, also comes with both coffee and side tables along with decorative lamps, beautiful window treatments and complimenting decorative accents.

Dining Area

The dining area is adjacent to the living room and has seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table.

Family Room

The Family Room which overlooks the pool area as well as providing a great view out over the fairways. To keep everyone entertained. 

The family room is bright and comfortable with seating for up to 6 and patio doors leading directly out onto the pool deck.

A 40" LCD TV, DVD player and Sony PlayStation 2, plus a selection of books are available for your entertainment.

Kitchen and Breakfast Nook

The large fully equipped kitchen comes with every modern appliance including a large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, full size cooking stove, dishwasher, microwave and a variety of small appliances.

There is also a breakfast nook with table and 6 chairs, plus 2 more bar stools at the breakfast bar

Laundry Room

To make certain you and the family always look your best, we have installed top of the range American top loading washing machine which gets the washing done in super fast time. and also has a large tumble dryer to take care of your day to day laundry needs, There is also an iron and ironing board and a handy vacuum cleaner in case of any accidental spills.

Ground Floor Bedroom

This bedroom has 2 twin beds and large built-in cupboard and is located on the ground floor and is ideal for those less able as it has corridor access to the pool bathroom which has a bath with shower over, vanity sink and WC.

Games Room

Our games room comes with a full sized pool table, air hockey, table tennis and electronic darts board.  There is also a selection of childrens toys and board games.

First Floor

First Master Bedroom

The large master bedroom has fantastic views over the pool and golf course. It has a king size bed, a large dark wood dresser, matching bedside tables and ample drawer spaceceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe with safe, 26" LCD TV, alarm clock radio and telephone.

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower cubicle, twin vanity units either side of the bath, and a separate WC. We have also provided a hair dryer.

Second Master Bedroom

The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 26" LCD TV, alarm clock radio, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, hair dryer, single vanity unit and WC.

Bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 has a twin and fullsize bedm cable TV, ceiling fan and a large built in wardrobe with views over the pool deck

Bedrooms 4

This bright and breezy twin bedded room contains two single beds, spacious closets, dressing table, 2 bedside cabinets and lamps. In addition the room also benefits from a remote controlled cable TV and ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom

The family bathroom has vanity unit, a bath with shower over, WC and hair dryer and is shared by bedrooms 3 & 4.

The villa is professionally cleaned before each arrival. Bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers, cable TV and have ample closet and drawer space.
