Ground Floor
Pool & Deck Area
The view onto the golf course backing onto the pool area is magnificent. There are no villas behind the house and a hedge between it and the neighbouring homes on either side offers ultimate privacy. We have provided 4 sun lounger and 2 patio tables with 6 chairs for your comfort.
For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided a gas BBQ with tools - if you run out of gas, it can be replaced cheaply enough at the local Publix gas station.
The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).
Family Room
The family room is bright with comfortable seating for 6 and patio doors overlooking the pool deck and the pool. A 50" LCD TV, DVD player, Music system and Sony PlayStation 2, plus a selection of books and games are available for your entertainment.
Kitchen
The large fully-equipped kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, waste disposer, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener.
Breakfast Nook
The breakfast nook has seating for up to 6 around the round breakfast table and 3 more seats at the breakfast bar.
Laundry Room
The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Dining Room
The dining area has seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table.
Living Room
The Living room has 2 sofas with seating for up to 6. It has a bookcase with ample selection of books, DVD's and a 32" TV with DVD Player and upgraded cable TV system.
Second Master Bedroom
The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 26" TV, alarm clock radio, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over, hair dryer, single vanity unit and WC.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The large master bedroom has a fantastic view of the golf course. It has a king size four poster bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, 32" TV, sound system, DVD player, alarm clock radio and telephone.
The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC and hair dryer.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5
There are three twin bedrooms. Each room includes a 19" cable LCD TV, ceiling fan and a large built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
The large family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower over, WC and hair dryer.
Games Room
Our games room comes with a full sized pool table, air hockey, table foosball and competition darts..
Those Little Extras
High speed wireless DSL internet access throughout the villa & pool deck, guest PC and free US and International phone calls. Our management company are based on Highlands Reserve so you will always have someone on hand just in case.
