Our prestige luxury villa is a great family home set close to all on-site communal facilities and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.The villa offers 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms, both with oversize king beds. Overcoming the problem of deciding who gets the master bedroom, perfect for 2 families sharing. All the local amenities are just a short easy walk from the villa, including shops, take-aways, banks & doctors, if visiting the bars & restaurants no need to drive.
The spacious air-conditioned living space totals approximately 2000 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas, the rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious & spacious feel, along with the comfy furniture ans soft beds, all to make your stay really special.
Family Room
The spacious, airy and comfortable family room allows everyone to make the most of their leisure time, there is a large 42" flat screen Cable TV with a DVD player and surround sound including a selection of DVDs to choose from. Along with a stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player and IPod dock.
We have also provided a selection of books, dvds, board games, cards and domino's to fill in any time between parks. Plus there is an excellent Chinese Takeaway and Pizzeria in the local shopping centre who deliver to Highlands Reserve. The portable CD player and Ipod dock can be used whilst relaxing by the pool.
Master Bedroom 1
The first master bedroom has a super king sized bed, walk-in in wardrobe, night stands, a large dresser unit with mirror over, 32" flat screen Cable TV and DVD player, bedside alarm clock.
The en-suite features 'his and hers' sinks with large mirror over, separate toilet, over-sized walk-in shower, hairdryer and hair straightners. There is direct access from this en-suite to the poolside.
Master Bedroom 2
The second master bedroom has a super king sized bed with night stands and a large dresser, including a 32" flat screen Cable TV & DVD player, bedside alarm clock. The room also includes a large walk-in wardrobe.
The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, built-in sink unit and hairdryer.
Twin Bedrooms 3 & 4
The remaining two bedrooms are both twins (2 single twin sized beds each) with walk-in wardrobes and LCD Cable TVs, DVD players.
The 4th bedroom includes the PlayStation 2 games console with a selection of games to enable the children to enjoy themselves without interrupting the rest of the family.
Family Bathroom
Both twin bedrooms are served by the remaining bathroom nestled in-between and consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in sink unit.
Dining Room
The dining room includes large sliding patio doors which open out onto the Lanai allowing easy use of the outside dining suite, enabling your choice to either sit in or dine out in the fabulous sunshine, with views over the pool.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly require to prepare a snack to a full blown A La Carte evening dinner. Including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher all fully fitted to make for an easy approach to any food preparation.
Laundry Room
For your comfort and convenience, the separate laundry room has a full size washing machine and tumble dryer along with iron and ironing board, we provide all towels (including pool towels) and linens.
Games Room
A recent addition is our well equipped games room which is cooled, spacious and airy, it will suit all ages and includes a full sized pool table, air glide hockey table, table football and a full size championship dartboard. We have provided tennis racquet's for your personal use at the community tennis court.
Large Pool with Spa & Lanai/Patio
Our privately screened heated extended pool faces south with sun on the pool area all day and glorious sunsets every evening.The pool has a removable toddler safety screen which can be folded away when no children are present.
The covered Lani with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat and a perfect setting for that alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ideal for those private romantic meals overlooking the underwater illuminated pool. A six seater table with chairs and 4 sun loungers are provided for your comfort.
"Late News"... The Spa has been upgraded to include a fully automatic control switch enabling quick and easy use of this invigorating and relaxing added luxury.
Those little extras....
Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service.
We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for such as a cots (crib), highchair, 2 strollers, toddler bed rails, we have also provided a Gas BBQ other then the gas for the BBQ which can be purchased from the local gas station should the bottle be empty.
We can also provide Welcome Packs which contain basic food & drink essentials, please make this request at the time of booking. If you have any other special requests, we will try to accommodate these.
Wireless DSL Internet Access (free of charge)
And finally for those workaholics, The wireless Internet enables access around the villa for your laptop enabling you to email and surf the web via the complimentary Super-Fast Wireless DSL Internet Access - ideal for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse. You can even use your laptop by the poolside - how's that for sheer indulgence?
Please note that the security deposit is not taken - our management company takes a credit card swipe on arrival and does not charge your card unless there is a reason to do so.
