Our villa sits on a golf view plot with outstanding views across the 2nd and 3rd fairways. There are 2 master bedrooms which makes the villa ideal for 2 families or just one large family. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the large master has a large walk in wardrobe. The villa has been furnished to a high standard and you will not be disappointed as you will see from our past renters in our guest book. The living areas are spacious and well equipped with everything you will need for your family vacation.
Villa Layout
Our villa is the Only Mayfield design on Highlands Reserve and probably the smartest design on the entire development. 2 masters, all bedrooms en-suite, pool access from family room and master bedroom? What more can I say "shear indulgence"
The villa has 2 master bedrooms making it ideal for 2 families or just shear indulgence for one. The pool and spa are directly accessed via patio doors from both the living area and master bedroom 1 and offers beautiful golf course views across both the 2nd and 3rd fairways. You will love sitting in the sun sipping wine and enjoying the views as the kids splash around in the pool. The 2 twin bedrooms are separated by a bathroom "Jack and Jill style" giving everyone en-suite facilities.
The house has been personally decorated with quality furnishings not the typical "furniture pack offerings". This includes all cutlery, crockery, bath towels etc being of excellent quality to ensure a luxury holiday experience, after all its your hard earned cash.
WiFi is installed for your convenience and can be used from anywhere in the house including the pool area, beats the office any day of the week!!
Family Room
The large family room leads directly out to the pool and spa area via large patio doors and therefore offers beautiful views 24/7 from the comfort of the sofa!
The patio doors are alarmed for your family's safety and a beeper sounds every time the doors are opened or closed letting you know the movement of your child as none of us have eyes in the back of our heads!
The floor is tiled in typical Floridian style with large neutrally coloured tiles, ideal for pool and spa access and cooling in the beautiful Florida heat. Sofas are comfortable and for the boss there's a rocking recliner.
If you can pull yourself away from the poolside and the golf course views theres a 52" HDTV with cable TV and DVD/CD player. There's also a Playstation 2 and 2 controllers for the kids and big kids! Which is fantastic on 52" of HDTV screen. For anyone who has an i-pod there is an i-pod/i-phone docking/re-charging station.
Kitchen
The spacious kitchen has beach kitchen units and beautiful luxury corian worktops. There is an electric cooker and oven with a large built in microwave above it. There is the obligatory monster US style fridge freezer complete with crushed/cubed ice dispenser to keep those drinks cool! There is also coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric can opener and all the cutlery and crockery you will ever need.
For your kids safety around the pool and spa area we have even supplied plastic picnic crockery and cutlery thus allowing those alfresco meal experiences in total safety with the kids.
Within the kitchen area is the breakfast neuk complete with a stylish round wooden table and chairs for those busy mornings before Disney.
Separating the kitchen from the garage is the laundry room, in here you will find large US style washer and dryer. These machines are super fast and accept super large loads. There is also I'm afraid to say, an iron and ironing board for your convenience !!
Separating the kitchen from the family room is a breakfast bar complete with 3 beautiful and comfortable bar stools.
Pool and Spa Area
The pool and spa are fantastic to relax and unwind in after trolling the theme parks. Our kids actually spend more time in the pool than the theme parks! Both pool and spa are heated on request.
The area is furnished with Floridian styled furniture which is extremely comfortable and water and Floridian weatherproof. There are plenty chairs and sun loungers for all the family.
The porch area which leads to the pool is equipped with a table which seats 6 comfortably and chairs for those alfresco meal times or simply watching the world go by with a cool drink. A gas BBQ is provided for convenience.
As well as the patio door alarms a child safety fence is also provided for your childrens safety. This can easily be removed if not required.
Dining Room
Directly opposite the kitchen the beautifully decorated dining room is perfect for those more formal occasions or large Xmas or thanks giving dinners. This spacious room comfortably sits 8 people around the luxury table and chairs.
Master Bedroom 1
Beautifully furnished with oak furniture there is a huge king size bed with luxury duvet. There's a 26" cable TV housed in a cabinet with a DVD & VCR player at the end of the bed and a beautiful sideboard and two bedside tables.
As well as access to the pool and spa area via the alarmed patio doors there is also access to the walk in wardrobe and the en-suite bathroom complete with tub huge walk in shower and his and hers basins carved into the luxury corian top. There are power and shaver points and a hairdryer for your use.
Master Bedroom 2
Beautifully decorated in Floridian cottage style furniture this room houses a large queen sized bed, overhead fan, cable TV and a DVD for those long lies and quiet moments away from the kids. There is lots of space in the large wardrobes for all your clothing during your stay. The en-suite bathroom also houses all the towels you will ever need for your family holiday.
Bedrooms 3 & 4
These bedrooms are separated by a Jack and Jill style en-suite bathroom and furnished with comfortable twin beds. Both rooms also have cable TVs and DVD's. Both rooms have ample built in wardrobe space for everyone.
