THE BEST LOCATION – FOR YOUR VACATION

When you think location, you can find none better than this luxury, 5 bedroom, 3 Bath villa with its 32ft. Private Pool and Spa. The villa is located at Highland Reserve, and has a beautiful view over the golf course.

The villa is a large single story 5 bedroom, 3 Bathroom luxury villa with a high vaulted ceilings in the main living area.and has approx. 2,500sq.ft. of air conditioned and heated living space. Most rooms have ceiling fans, and the villa has a further 1,000+ sq.ft. of covered, and screened recreation space for your enjoyment.

THE LARGE FAMILY ROOM

The open plan living area consists of Lounge / TV viewing area, Dining Nook and Breakfast Bar. Also included in the house is a large living room / game room with flatscreen TV and a playstation 2. Our large slide patio doors open up to our pool and our outdoor screened recreation space.

BEDROOMS

The five bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people. The bedrooms consist of 2 master bedrooms with Kingssize bed, 1 Queen size bed and 2 rooms with twin beds – one specifically designed as a childrens room with a Disney theme.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar and is fully equipped, including a large Fridge / Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher, Blender and an electric kettle. The utility room next to the kitchen has a large washing machine and a seperate matching tumble dryer.

POOL AREA

The luxurious Swimming Pool and Spa can be heated if required, and offers superb views overlooking the Highland Reserve golfcourse. There are Patio table and chairs. Also included in this outdoor area are sunloungers for your added comfort. BBQ on the patio free off charge

WHAT BETTER WAY TO ENJOY YOUR VACATION THAN TO STAY IN YOUR OWN 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME'

Even at some of the best hotels you cannot compare the comfort, freedom, convenience and value for your money as we can offer in this luxurious home-away-from home. On top of this you will be located very close to Disney World and all other major theme parks and attractions. This is merely an added bonus of being located next to Highland Reserve golf club. Within walking distance of the house you can find both bars, restaurants and good malls where you can do your every day shopping.
