Our beautiful villa located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golfing Development has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is fully equipped with 42" HD TV, DVD Player, PlayStation 3,in the lounge and free High Speed Wireless Internet. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The games room has a 7ft Snooker/Pool table with overhead lighting, there is also a Bart Simpson Air Hockey Table and a Dartboard.

Villa Layout

As you enter the villa immediately to your left is the Large fully tiled Kitchen/breakfast room, fully equipped with large American style fridge freezer with automatic ice maker, range cooker and dishwasher, there is also a toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, food processor, kettle for your convenience. There are table and chairs within the breakfast room.

Through the large tiled hall to the:

Family Room

The recently tiled family room with its cathedral ceilings and high level windows gives a feeling of space, there are 2 large comfortable sofas, 1 of which converts to a large sofa bed and also a Love seat.

There are two side tables with table lamps and a large coffee table. An entertainment unit with a 42" LCD HD & Cable TV and Playstation 3 with a few games. DVD's and books are found here for your entertainment and enjoyment. There are patio doors out to the pool area from the family room.

Dining Room

There is a large table and 6 chairs as well as 4 high stools at the breakfast bar within the dining room. There is a large window with views out to the pool area.

Laundry Room

The laundry room has an American top loading washing machine and large tumble drier, there is also an iron and large ironing board here for your convenience.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is a large room with a queen bed and luxurious new bedding and curtains, there are 2 bedside tables with lamps and a large dressing table with mirror. There are also views to the pool from this room. Cable TV.

Master Bathroom

Fully ceramic tiled with his and hers sinks in beautiful oak cabinets with a large well lit mirror above. There is a large walk in shower and a separate WC. Large walk in wardrobe and linen cupboard.

Half Bathroom

For extra convenience there is an additional washbasin and wc located close to the laundry room and garage.

Bedroom 2 (First Floor)

There is a queen bed with bedside cabinets and table lamps and a large chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe. There is also cable TV in this room. All the bedding is brand new.

Bedroom 3

This is a twin bedded room with centre cabinet with table lamp, walk in wardrobe and large chest of drawers and cable TV.

Bedroom 4 (Disney Room)

This is another twin bedded room with matching Disney bedding, a centre cabinet with lamp and Mickey and Minnie soft toys, Disney picture on the wall, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe and cable TV.

Main Bathroom

This fully tiled bathroom contains a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

Games Room

7ft Snooker/Pool table with overhead lighting unit, Bart Simpson air hockey table and wall mounted dartboard. There is a rack on the wall for Snooker/Pool cues and a cupboard containing spare cue chalk, spare darts, and a few board games.

The floor has recently been sealed and painted and there are American and British Flags on the walls.

Pool

There is a large heated swimming pool with extra large deck area where you will find sunloungers and table and chairs for your convenience and relaxation, The pool is very private having been screened to both sides and rear with hedging.

We have provided a free BBQ for the ultimate alfresco culinary experience.

Our Villa is professionally maintained by Buckingham Enterprises who do an excellent job and are available 7 days a week if there are any problems.
