Our fully air-conditioned villa consists of:

Pool and Pool deck
The fully screened pool deck is very private with high level dense hedging on both sides giving maximum privacy - the pool deck also benefits from a removable child pool safety fence which protects small children from straying too near the pool. The covered lanai is the perfect place to eat wether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is a table with 4 chairs as well as 4 sun loungers and two small tables.
Family Room
The Villa has a large and comfortable open plan living area there are two sofas, armchair,cable television, DVD/VCR and music system and in the dining area there is a table which will comfortably seat eight people. The family room opens out onto a covered lanai on the pool deck via sliding patio doors.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The Luxury kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge freezer (with cold water and ice-maker), oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. It also has plenty of plates, both plastic and china, glasses and cutlery.
Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable american kingsize bed and opens out onto the pool deck via sliding patio doors. There is a large walk in wardrobe with plenty of hangers a TV and DVD, telephone, alarm clock, overhead fan and bedside lamps.
The ensuite bathroom has a hairdryer (and yes ladies it is a good one!), a single vanity unit with a large mirror above, a bath with shower over and a WC.
Bedroom 2
The second double bedroom is next door to the main bathroom and has a queen sized bed, there also a large built in closet with pleny of storage, an alarm clock, bedside lamps and a hairdryer.
Twin Bedroom 3
The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds, with a large built in closet, bedside lamp, TV and PS2 games console with a selection of games.
Twin Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom again has 2 twin beds and a large built in closet, bedside lamp and TV/DVD.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a vanity unit, mirror, bath with shower over and WC.
Games Room
The Games Room has a pool table and air hockey table.
Laundry Area
In the laundry area there is a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
All towels and lines are provided but please be aware that beach towels for use away from the villas (beaches and water parks) are not provided.
Additional Extras
The villa has internet access, just bring your own laptopand plug in with an ethernet cable. We also provide a telephone with free calls throughout USA and Canada.
There is also a monitored alarm and a safe to keep our valuables in.

Our management company live nearby and are very helpful if a problem occurs during your stay.
