The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people plus 1 infant utilising a cot (ideal for 1 or 2 families).The pool is south west facing overlooking a conservation area and is well spaced from neighbouring villa pools, so you can relax in the sun without being overlooked.

The Villa has 2337 sq ft of air conditioned space plus a games room. The ground floor accommodation comprises of living room with cable TV, VCR and DVD player and CD & tape player, dining room, family room with music centre and TV, kitchen, nook and double bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom.
The first floor has a master double bedroom with a cot, TV, VCR and telephone and en-suite shower and bath, and the use of a safe in the walk-in closet. There are three further twin bedrooms with a third bathroom.
The games room is equipped with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, table tennis table and electronic darts.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is
automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact
you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance
depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept
credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this
convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there

be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by
this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire
transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an
