Family Room
This room has twin sofa's, TV and DVD player, Internet Access. The Multi Channel Television covers all aspects of viewing, including Fox Sports which show Premier League matches. Patio Doors leading to the Pools Area.
Pool
The pool area backs on to a conservation area of mature pine trees. The pool decking has been extended to offer a larger than usual sunbathing area.
Second Lounge
Again with twin sofa's, this is for "my time", getting away from the TV area for some peace and quiet.
This lounge area adjoins the more formal Dining Area which features a large table and chairs
Kitchen
As you would expect, it comes fully equipped with Cooker, Microwave, Coffee-Maker, Fridge/Freezer (dispensing crushed/cubed ice and chilled water) and all cooking utensils and crockery.
Adjoining the Kitchen is the Breakfast area.
Utility Room
Just off the kitchen area, with Washer/ Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
Queen Bedroom
The ground floor Queen Size Bedroom has walk in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, clock/radio, dressing table and has an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower. This room is ideal for those that are "infirm" or those that do not want to climb stairs.
UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom
An extremely large and spacious bedroom, featuring bedside cabinets, dressing table, cable television, clock/radio. The ensuite features twin vanity units, a corner bath, and an extremely large walk-in shower.
Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 are identical. All feature twin single beds, have bedside cabinets and walk in wardrobes and are served by a large bathroom, with twin vanity units, shower and bath.
