Villa Layout
Our villa is located on a premium lot backing onto open area, NOT overlooked. Also the 5th fairway is adjacent to the rear of villa.
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. All of the furniture and soft furnishing are premium quality and have been individually chosen. The villa boasts TWO master ensuites with a further two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Each bedroom has own cable TV/DVD
Outside, you can relax on our screened extended deck or enjoy our very private, swimming pool or BBQ in the lanai area.
The accommodation comprises:-
Large Family Room
Includes a comfortable sofa and love seat - the sofa will convert into full size sofa bed. The room has 27" colour cable TV, DVD, video with a selection of DVD's, videos and books. There is also a matching chest (with HiFi) and end table. The Dining area overlooks the pool with table and 6 upholstered chairs.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. Includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and blender. Also includes a large range of upscale tableware, glasses and cutlery. Full set of high standard patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.
Utility Room
A separate discreet area for the large GEC washing machine and tumble dryer. Accommodates a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Master Bedroom
Luxurious King size bed fitted with 'Jungle theme' bedding, colour cable TV/DVD, twin bedside cabinets, walk in clothes storage closet. The en-suite bathroom includes a large walk in shower, dual vanity units with marble surfaces. Separate WC. Access to pool area from this ensuite bathroom.
Second Master Bedroom
Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with luxury bedding, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, colour cable TV/DVD, clothes storage closet also contains safe deposit box. Ensuite with full facilities.
Third Bedroom
With two twin beds, armoire, bedside cabinet and clothes storage closet.
Computer with DSL Internet Access
We have just added a computer with DSL Internet Access and Nintendo GameCube in the third bedroom for our guests enjoyment.
Fourth Bedroom
With two twin beds, bedside cabinet and clothes storage closet.
Family Bathroom
Comprises bath, shower, vanity unit with marble surfaces and WC.
Games Room
We have installed a Games Room for our guests which includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Darts Board
Screened Pool and Deck
The deck and pool area offer excellent privacy, backing onto open view of the 5th fairway.
We have supplied 4 sun loungers plus a large family table to enjoy that breakfast in the morning sun.
We have provided an electric BBQ for that impromptu meal by the poolside - heaven !!
