Villa Layout

Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding "Who gets the Master Bedroom?" and as a result, has become extremely popular with families and grandparents to vacation together.

The villa is at the end of the road and backs onto the 13th tee (appropriately called "The Outback!), this provides a very private pool deck which is not overlooked from the sides nor back. Just take a look at the pictures. The pool area, with its tropical planting, is one of the best features of this lovely home. The outlook is beautiful and you will appreciate the calm around our villa.

The generous air conditioned living space has soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated floor tiles giving that luxurious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.

You can also make free local, long distance and international calls from our villa which makes life easy when you want to check the opening times of a theme park, order a takeaway, book a meal at a dinner show or keep in touch with the folks back home.

We have just added 10Mb WiFi Internet access throughout the villa for our guests who just can't do without their laptops so you can surf the internet or send & receive emails within the villa or even sitting out by the poolside. For your peace of mind and security, our villa has a Brinks monitored alarm & smoke detector system.

The accommodation comprises the following:

Family Room

The family room with ample comfortable seating, overlooks the pool with direct access via patio door. There is a large 42" LCD cable TV in the family room, with 100+ digital channels, DVD player, iPod compatible stereo CD / Radio / Cassette player.

There is a selection of DVD's to chose from, and the latest DVD's can be easily rented from the local video store - only 4 minutes drive and next to an excellent Chinese Takeaway & Pizzeria (they even deliver to Highlands Reserve).

Living Room

This large area is beautifully decorated in creams with muted burgundy with comfortable soft furnishing to match. A relaxing place to gather before trips out to eat or to the parks.

Dining Room

The elegant dining room comfortably seats 6 persons, is located to the front of the villa off the foyer and living room and has an attractive picture window as the focal point. There is direct access to the kitchen via an arched opening.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with white fronted cabinets with luxurious marble worktops. The comprehensive range of appliances provided include a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini oven to save time waiting for the large oven to heat and blender.

We have provided everything you could possibly need, including a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery as well as a full set of high standard patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.

The island unit with breakfast bar also has 2 bar stools providing additional informal seating.

Breakfast Nook

The adjacent breakfast nook, for less formal dining, is located next to the kitchen and family room with dual aspect views onto the pool deck and provides seating for 4 persons.

Utility Room

For your comfort and convenience there is also a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those designer clothes from the many excellent nearby shopping malls.

All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience

Master Bedroom 1

The Master 1 bedroom is truly exceptional, has a king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and large dresser with mirror & LCD cable TV. We have also provided a digital clock radio alarm for those early morning theme park days.

There is a separate sitting area with direct access to the pool deck, features a sofa and separate cable TV and provides a peaceful alternative to the main house and of course, complete privacy

The en-suite features a large Jacuzzi bath, "his & hers" sinks with large mirrors over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Master Bedroom 2

The Master 2 bedroom has a queen sized bed with matching bedroom furniture and Cable TV.

The cabana en-suite bathroom with direct access to pool deck, also serves as the pool bathroom and has a walk in shower, toilet, built-in vanity unit and hairdryer.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror & cable TV

Bedroom 4

This bedroom also has twin sized beds, dresser, large wardrobe and also has a cable TV

Family Bathroom

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by third bathroom with a bath with shower over, toilet and built-in vanity unit.

Screened Pool & Deck

The large, beautifully landscaped, very private pool really is one of the main features of our villa. It has an oversized deck and is perfectly placed for maximum sunshine throughout the day. With your own soft reclining sun beds, you really will be ready to unwind and relax into this very special holiday.

The covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner.

At night, the area is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - bliss!!
A table with 6 chairs as well as 6 sun loungers are all provided for your comfort.

All the pool doors have alarms to prevent small children wandering into the pool so you know they are safe after a hard day at the many theme parks, in the shopping malls or on the golf course.

Those Little Extras

The villa is equipped with protected wireless internet access - just bring your laptop or PDA to access the internet & emails for free.

Any extra items that you want are available on request including Gas BBQ, cot (crib), highchair & stroller, bed guard and booster seat.

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week.
