Dream kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle and telephone with toll free calling. The kitchen has a convenient desk for your laptop and wireless internet is available free of charge. The kitchen nook has a table with 6 chairs and 3 chairs around breakfast bar for additional seating.

Utility / Laundry Room

For your convenience there is a washer/dryer, ironing board and iron and soaker sink

Formal Dining Area

For the entertainer, the formal dining room includes an elegant table with seating for 6.

Formal Sitting Room

The cozy sitting room includes two arm chairs and a love seat with patio doors to the covered lanai and swimming pool.

Master Bedroom

The elegant, spacious King Master has an extra large ensuite including Jacuzzi and large shower. Patio doors to the covered lanai make early morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise a reality. There is a large walk in closet, 42" Flat Screen TV and alarm clock radio included. 

Second Master Bedroom

The second master queen bedroom is beautifully furnished, with cable TV, alarm clock radio, large closet and private bathroom with shower and pool access.

Additional Bedrooms / Bath

There is a large bathroom on the main floor with a tub/shower combination nestled in-between two additional bedrooms on the main floor. The children's feature room will delight any child with a single/twin bunk bed combination, alarm clock radio and TV. The queen size bedroom on the other side of the bathroom has a 26" flat screen TV and is beautifully furnished.

The 5th bedroom is privately located upstairs - a luxurious king suite with a large closet and a TV with DVD.

Games Room

The garage has been converted into a Games Room and currently has a pool table - more games to follow (watch this space)
