Our modern private villa is spacious, airy and luxuriously appointed, having undergone a total remodel recently. It is situated on the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf Course development, a perfect location for golfers with a Par 72 Championship golf course on your doorstep. Also well located for the main Disney attractions, only 15 minutes away and is also centrally located to explore the other attractions and beaches that Florida has to offer.
The property offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comprising two master suites and two twin bedrooms serviced by a full bathroom. This makes our villa ideal for two families sharing to have adequate facilities.
The refreshing pool and deck is fully screened and the ideal place to relax and unwind and maybe enjoy a barbeque.
The in-house games room is equipped with a full size pool table, air hockey and fuse ball tables to be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. The 50" plasma TV in the family room can be enjoyed by all or if you want to get away to the privacy of your bedroom, then you can watch your own plasma TV there! The fourth twin bedroom has a TV/DVD player - ideal to keep the kids amused with their own choice of DVD.

Master Bedroom 1
This room has a King (6' wide) bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan, telephone, 26" plasma TV, dresser with mirror over and walk-in wardrobes with safe. The large ensuite has his ‘n hers sinks, large mirrors and counters with central make-up area and stool, mirrored wall cabinet, hairdryer, walk in shower and toilet.
Master Bedroom 2
This room offers a Queen (5'6" wide) bed, bedside cabinets and lamps, ceiling fan, telephone, 22" plasma TV, dresser with mirror over, full length mirror and walk-in wardrobes. The contemporary bathroom has vanity sink with mirror over, mirrored wall cabinet, hair dryer, toilet and large walk in shower.
Twin Bedroom 3
Fitted with 2 single beds, centre dresser and lamp, 19" plasma TV, ceiling fan and walk-in wardrobes.
Twin Bedroom 4
Fitted with 2 single beds, bedside with lamp, dresser, ceiling fan and TV/DVD player. This room is staged as a girly "princess" room but can be changed into a boys room upon request.
A further bathroom is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has vanity sink with mirror over, mirrored wall cabinet, toilet and large walk-in shower.
Family Room
This spacious area has comfortable sofas, ceiling fan, 50" plasma TV and games console with a variety of games.
Kitchen and Dining Area
The large open plan kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances; oven and hob with microwave above, dishwasher and large American style refrigerator with ice and chilled water dispenser so that a refreshing cool drink is always available!
The kitchen is fitted with granite counters to add a further touch of luxury and extends to a breakfast bar area with stools. A dining area is situated to one end of the kitchen with table and chairs.
In-house Games Room
This room is situated inside the house so that you can benefit from the air conditioning when you fancy a game of pool on the full sized table, air hockey or fuse ball. A good choice of games to keep kids and adults amused!
Pool and Pool Deck
The large heated pool and deck area is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun or relax after a full day at the theme parks. A dining table and chairs and sun loungers ensures your comfort whilst relaxing and maybe an evening barbeque to finish off the perfect day.
