Family Room

The large light modern family room with 3 comfortable modern sofas with coffee table and matching occasional tables, ceiling fan, soft lighting and furnishings all add to the luxury feel of this room.

For your entertainment we have provided a 42" Plasma cable TV with a DVD player and PS2 games console with a large selection of games.

For your child's safety, the patio doors which lead out to the pool are alarmed and in addition, there is a removable toddler pool safety fence available.

Dining Area

The dining area is lcated at th front of the property and has a large furnished dining table and 6 chairs with overhead lighting, ideal for entertaining.

Kitchen

Fully fitted light oak modern kitchen with twin sinks and waste disposal unit, cooker with microwave fitted above, dishwasher, large American fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, toaster and kettle.

Everything has been thought of as the kitchen is equiped with all the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, table settings, cutlery, mugs, glasses and teapot you could possibly need. In addition, there is a set of plastic patio/picnic plates, dishes, cups etc for you to use for any outside dining in the patio and pool area.

Large walk in pantry complete with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, broom and mop set.

Breakfast Nook

Situated within the kitchen with table, 4 chairs and overhead lighting it is an ideal place to enjoy your breakfast.

Master Bedroom

This large room has a new light solid wood bedroom suite comprising of large king-size bed with deep luxury mattress and luxury bedding, bedside cabinets and matching unit with plenty of drawer space with large fitted mirror above. The soft lighting and soft furnishings all add to the comfort of this room. For your additional comfort we have provided a flat screen cable TV, telephone, ceiling fan and alarm clock.

Leading off from the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with marble topped "his" and "her" sinks set in vanity units with large mirrors above with shaver/power points, hairdryer, WC and large walk-in shower.

There is also a walk in closet and a secure digital safe (free of charge).

Queen Bedroom 2

This room has been furnished to the same standard as the main master bedroom and contains a new solid dark wood bedroom suite comprising of a queen sized bed with a deep luxury mattress and luxury bedding, bedside cabinets, large drawer unit and vanity wall mirror. Flat screen cable TV and built in closet. Soft lighting and soft furnishings add to the comfort of this room.

Bedroom 3

This light airy room has twin beds with co-ordinating bedding and soft furnishings, fitted wardrobes, mirror, CD player and cable TV with built in DVD player.

Bedroom 4

Twin bedded room with co-ordinating bedding and soft furnishings, fitted wardrobes, mirror, cable TV and DVD player.

Family Bathroom

Double marble topped sinks set in vanity units with large mirrors over, shaver/power points, hairdryer, WC and bath with shower over.

Linen Closet

Containing all new bed linen and large supply of towels available for your use during your stay.

Laundry Room

This contains an American top loading washing machine and a large tumble dryer. There is overhead shelving with beach towels for your use during your stay by the pool - please bring your own towels for use on the beaches and water parks.

A door leading from the laundry room goes into a large double garage / games room.

Baby Equipment

We have provided a cot (crib) and highchair for your little one should you need it.

Games Room

The garage is currently being converted into a games room and has a Pool Table for your enjoyment. More equipment to follow in due course - watch this space !!

Pool Area

Leading from the alarmed family room patio doors is a covered lanai with comfy patio table and chairs with a ceiling fan and outdoor light an ideal place to sit and relax after a busy day. There is a large extended pool deck and 3 sunloungers allowing you to capture the sun all day long.

The pool has a built-in underwater pool light - ideal for a romantic moonlit swim. The property backs onto conservation land giving you privacy from behind. The pool deck also has a child safety fence to prevent unsupervised children from getting into the pool.

A gas BBQ can be provided for a small additional cost - please specify your requirement for a BBQ when booking.

Management Company

Our villa is maintained by an excellent friendly local management company, who are available to offer 24 hour emergency support service 7 days a week.
