Family Room

With a 32ft high cathedral ceiling, this room provides lots of natural light and spacious accommodation. The comfortable leather sofas allows seating for 8, a 56" Plasma Screen Cable TV with surround sound provides high quality entertainment after a hard day walking the golf course or the theme parks!

The adjoining formal dining area provides seating for 6 people and there are 2 bar stools at the counter which provides additional seating.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual high standard American fridge/freezer/icemaker, built-in microwave, cooker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, etc. In addition, we have provided many small electrical appliances - juicer, mixer, griddle, grill, etc.

Also in the kitchen is a small dining area with glass top coffee table and 4 chairs, ideal for breakfast & snacks.

Laundry Room

There is a fully fitted laundry room with washer & dryer, iron & ironing board

Cloakroom

With wash hand basin and toilet.

Bedrooms

There is one Master bedroom on the ground floor with King size bed plus Flat Panel Cable TV. The large ensuite has a walk-in closet, twin vanity units, shower and toilet.

Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms:

Bedroom 2 - King bed, with walk-in closet, TV & chest

Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with large walk-closet & TV

Bedroom 4 - Full bed with walk-in closet, TV & Chest

The second bathroom is shared between these 3 rooms and has wash basin, shower/bath & toilet.

Pool & Patio Area

The pool area is south facing and gets the sun all day. There are plenty of pool furniture (chaise & chairs) plus a covered lanai for dining (4 chairs & a table). The gardens and covered pool area are surrounded by a fence and are not overlooked.

When you book a villa your completed booking form is automatically emailed to the owner who will then contact you to arrange payment of the deposit or full balance depending on how soon the rental starts - if they accept credit/debit cards or PayPal you will be offered this convenient method of payment in the booking form (please note that there will be a surcharge of 4% applied when paying by this method) - alternatively payment by bank wire transfer or cheque/bankers draft/counter check may be an option offered to you which carries no surcharge.
