The Villa
Drive down the lovely tree-lined avenue and park up in front of our newly painted home with hibiscus and gardenia blooming among the palm trees in the front garden. On entry into our Home you will find yourself in the cool beautifully tiled hall with a comfortable lounge area to your left, perfect for a quiet hour's reading or just to chill out in front of one of the TVs with its own DVD player. Throughout our home the vaulted ceilings add to a sense of spaciousness and luxury and there are new tiles and luxurious carpeting throughout.. Continuing through the arch leads you into the large lounge / family room and fully equipped open plan kitchen. Patio doors will lead you out onto our extended decking area and large South east facing heated pool which gives a full day of glorious sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
Grand Master Bedroom
The huge Master bedroom has a Caribbean King sized bed with matching nightstands, dressing mirror and armoire containing a cable TV. Indian silk bedding and matching drapes with new cream carpeting add to the sumptuous feel of this beautiful room with vaulted ceilings. This bedroom boasts a panoramic view of the pool area and landscaped gardens. A guest safe is located in the fitted wardrobe.
Grand Master Ensuite
This luxury ensuite encompasses a double vanity mirror with his and her basins, spacious oval bath and separate large walk in shower. A separate WC is also located within the ensuite.
Master Bedroom 2
Offering a recently restyled lavished appearance this room has a Queen sized bed warmed with a neutral décor large closet and fantastic view through the trees and onto the 18th fairway.
Master Cabana Bathroom
Designed initially for use by our second Master and one of the twin bedroom (making the house ideal for two families) this bathroom carries all the normal facilities of a combined bath, shower and WC, with the added extra entry and exit onto the pool side area, very convenient for use by those relaxing by the pool.
Bedrooms 3 - 5
There are 3 twin bedrooms in the house all recently redressed to a stylish finish. Bedroom 3 is situated directly opposite the formal dining area, contains 2 single beds and features a beautiful arched window. Bedroom 4 is off by itself with the 3rd bathroom next door (this room has a walk in closet complete with all you will need for a baby-2 strollers, cot, bedding and cuddly toy (all new) Bedroom 5 is beside the second master and shares bathroom 2.It also has a walk-in closet.
Family Room
As a focal point to this living area we have installed a 40" HD TV, DVD. Free hi-speed wireless internet is available. PC not provided. Plush suede and leather 3 & 2 seater sofas and arm chair allows maximum relaxation whilst watching TV.
Kitchen
Spacious and open planned this area is extremely well equipped with a large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser (crushed or cubed) Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Electric Can Opener, Microwave, Large American Oven, Dish Washer and full crockery and cutlery await guest use.
Laundry Room
There is a large washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is fully stocked with towels and bed linen.
Pool
This a rea is one that makes our home the perfect vacation spot. Not overlooked by anyone, the lanai with its large pool is the ideal place to chill out at any time of the day or night. Have breakfast in a beautiful woodland setting as brightly coloured tropical birds dart through the trees, and tall cranes stop at the door to say hello!
This area is equipped with 4 sun loungers, pool side tables, 4 chairs and large parasol. There is a chest of pool toys of every description. The pool is fitted with a pool blanket which we recommend you use if you choose to have the pool heated as this will help retain the heat. There is a fully equipped Gas BBQ at your disposal for carefree evenings around our beautiful pool. This must be used only on the pool deck area with the appropriate BBQ floor mat and BBQ rules observed.
