Large Family Room
The large Family Room is open plan with high vaulted ceilings. This open plan area consists of Lounge / TV viewing area, breakfast nook and kitchen with breakfast bar. The central feature in this area is the massive Sofa Island, where you can lounge in front of the Home Theatre 52" TV with DVD & Cinema sound.
There are door's leading to all the sleeping areas, from this central family room. There are large sliding patio doors opening out from the family room to the shady covered Porch, swimming pool and screened deck area.
5 Bedrooms
The 5 bedrooms have been furnished to give flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people, as follows.
1 x Master Bedroom King size bed, en-suite with Patio doors leading out to Sun deck & pool.
1 x Family en-suite (3 Bedrooms) with King size bed for Mum & Dad, & 2 twin bed bedrooms for the Jack & Jills.
1 x Queen Bed En-suite, with private access to the pool.
(Note if only 3 couples are staying, each couple would have their own en-suite bedroom.)
All the bedrooms have a TV and has either Satellite, a VCR, or a DVD player, also a Playstation 2, in 1 of the Family suite Twin bedroom.
There is a safe in both of the King Master Bedrooms.
Dining Areas
- Large Dining Room with Long Table & 6 chairs.
- Breakfast / Snack bar in kitchen, with 2 high stools.
- The Nook with Round table & 4 chairs. (Overlooking Pool Area)
- Covered porch Area, with 2 round tables, & 8 chairs.
Kitchen & Laundry Room
The kitchen has a breakfast and snack bar and is fully equipped, including a large Fridge/Freezer with ice and chilled water dispenser, Cooker, Microwave and Dishwasher. The utility room just off the kitchen has a large washing machine and a separate matching tumble dryer.
Games Room
As an added featured we have equipped the garage as a games room with an air hockey table, table soccer and a pool table for your enjoyment.
Pool Area
The pool is protected, by a full width toddler, safety fence, & has the benefit of a handrail on the pool steps. making the pool more accessible for elderly, infirm or disabled guests.
Outside at the rear is a covered porch and lanai area, with ceiling Fan & Lights overlooking your own private heated, privacy screened, Swimming Pool with large Sun Deck & Grass area for BBQs & unfiltered Sun Bathing.
Despite the fact that the pool faces North West, it has Sunshine most of the day, even in the Winter, but gives you a place to hide from the Sun in the Covered Porch Area. ( In the Florida Summer, you will need to hide from the Sun in the middle of the day ), yet the pool will be in full Sunshine all day long.
The Villa is a No Smoking Home, but you are welcome to smoke on the pool deck or Covered porch area, as long as the patio doors are closed.
