The Pool
The luxurious 20' x 30' heated pool and spa area with 4 sun loungers is a great way to unwind at the end of a hectic day at the parks - why not have a relaxing dip in the heated spa. The shady lanai offers welcome relief from the hot Florida sun. We have provided a table & 4 chairs for your alfresco dining experience.
Kitchen
The fully kitchen comes equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and much more. You will also find an extensive range of kitchenware has also been provided for all your cooking requirements. The only thing you need to provide is the food, drink, and recipes.
Breakfast Nook / Dining Area
Our home features a combined breakfast nook & dining area located in the feature bay window within the open plan kitchen and can easily accommodate 6 people for breakfast, lunch or dinner. An infant highchair is provided for the little one. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for 2 on stools.
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience. An infant stroller is provided.
Family Room
The luxuriously furnished area has 3 & 2 seater sofa - a great place to spend those long relaxing evenings spent talking over the day's main adventures. The entertainment center comprises a 42" flat screen HDTV and a DVD player with a selection of DVD movies for your enjoyment.
Games Room - Available End April 2009
For those days when the kids still have energy to burn, send them to the games room. The games room features an Air Hockey table and Table Foosball. In addition, there is a 26" LCD TV hooked up to a PS2 Games Console. To keep you cool, a ceiling fan is also provided.
Master Suite
The master bedroom off the family room is your own private getaway. Overlooking the pool deck, it comes equipped with a luxurious king bed, 2 nighstands, chest of drawers with mirror above, large walk-in closet and alarm clock radio. While relaxing in bed enjoy the 19" flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a double sized walk-in shower unit, his 'n' hers vanity's, hairdryer & WC. The cot (crib) is located in the walk-in closet.
2nd Bedroom
A delightful queen sized bed is featured along with a matching mahogany nightstands and dressing table with mirror. Within the room we also have a 19" flat screen TV and built-in wardrobe.
3rd Bedroom
This bedroom comes equipped with twin sized beds with a matching mahogany nightstands and dressing table with mirror. Within the room we also have a 19" flat screen TV and large built-in wardrobe.
4th Bedroom
Our 4th bedroom is equipped with a double bed with single bunk over - ideal for 3 kids sharing. Within the room there is also a 19" flat screen TV, nightstand and built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
The spacious second bathroom off the family room and easily accessible from the remaining 3 bedrooms, comes complete with a bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and a WC. A hair dryer is also provided.
Additional Features
We have provided complimentary Wireless Internet Access throughout the villa and pool deck - just bring your laptop to stay connected & surf the web. The telephone allows free local calls - you will need a calling card to make long distance & international calls.
