Our Villa

There is just over 1,900 sq ft of air conditioned living space and the double garage has been converted into a fabulous games room. At the rear of the property is a large pool, ideal for when you want to just sit back, relax and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The Pool

The villa has its own private 28ft x 14ft pool located at the rear of the property. It is surrounded by a good sized patio and includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table with 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers, allowing you to sit around and enjoy a cool drink or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The pool area is not overlooked by other villas so offers a high level of privacy. It catches the sunshine all day from early morning to evening. If you find the pool a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the insects out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced regularly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

Should young children be staying at the villa, for your peace of mind the pool has a safety fence which can easily be taken down or put in place in under a minute. For your safety and comfort we have provided a selection of unbreakable glasses and tableware for use around the pool deck area.

The Family Room

Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the family room. It is furnished to a luxurious standard, containing a medium and large sofa, a large comfortable chair and plenty of table space and lighting.

For your entertainment the room has a 52" plasma screen cable TV, DVD player and a selection of children's and family films.

Next to the family room are French patio doors which gives direct access to the lanai and the pool deck beyond.

If the rest of the family are out on the pool deck or in the games room and you need a bit of quiet time, this is the ideal place to come relax and enjoy a good book.

The Dining Area

Adjoining the Family Room is the dining area. It contains a large square wooden table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals.

The Kitchen & Laundry Area

The modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a good selection of cutlery and crockery (including plastic dishes and glasses for when dining by the pool area). The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for four at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local, national and calls to USA & Canada are FREE.

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room, which can be found next to the Kitchen.

The Bedrooms

The villa contains four large bedrooms, allowing up to 8 adults & children to sleep comfortably.

All the bedding is provided and the beds are made up with clean linen before you arrive. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning and heating throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

Master Suite 1 - The homes first master bedroom can be found at the rear of the villa. It contains a Queen sized bed and has its own en-suite bathroom which contains a basin, large vanity mirror, WC, and a bath/shower unit. The bathroom has the additional bonus of providing direct access out onto the pool deck.

Master Suite 2 - The second master suite also has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom which features a basin, vanity mirror, WC, and a bath/shower unit.

Twin Bedrooms - Bedrooms 3 and 4 both contain two single beds. The homes third bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms and features a bath/shower unit.

All four bedrooms have ample storage space provided by built in closets and drawers.

The Games Room

To add to your enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room features an 8ft slate pool table, air hockey table and a large TV and PlayStation 2 games console. The games room/garage is built onto the villa with internal access.

Even though we have converted the garage, the villa still has a wide driveway which can easily accommodate two large vehicles side by side.

The Management Company

Our management team do a great job in keeping the property clean and tidy, both inside and out. Should you need our management team during your stay, they are available by telephone or you can pop along to their offices which can be found just 5 minutes away on the US192. Outside of normal office hours you will be given an emergency number to call.

The management company are able to offer a meet & service at Orlando International Airport, Mid-Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
