It has been totally remodelled by a talented designer who has decorated, furnished and landscaped the villa to a very high standard. Improvements include re-tiling in all living areas with luxury 18" tile, new marble counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms, new upgraded kitchen appliances, new Berber carpets in bedrooms and living room, upgraded light fixtures, new decor, bedding, and upscaled furniture, including solid Mahogany wood pieces as we want our home to be remembered as somewhere special and the ideal place for your dream vacation.
The villa offers an East facing private pool with privacy screening with 2 ornate benches and 2 luxury hardwood sun loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine - please note pool shot was taken early morning before the sun had risen - the pool deck does get full sun !!
The villa although in a very peaceful community is close enough that you could easily walk to shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars and a variety of evening entertainments. If you are feel the need to exercise, the community tennis courts are a 5 minute walk away.

Cleaning, Towels, Linens & Maid Service
All towels and linens (including pool towels) are included - you will need to bring your own beach towels for use at water parks or the beaches. The property is thoroughly cleaned before each rental stay. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged and paid for locally.
