Pool and Lanai
The villa has a heated pool and spa facing south west with covered lanai area for you to enjoy at any time of the day. The caged pool backs on to a golf fairway with beautiful views.
The pool area has 4 loungers for those who want to lie and soak up the sun, while those guests looking for a little shade can sit in the covered lanai area.
The lanai has a table with 4 chairs which can be used for outside dining. Patio alarm is also provided.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests will need for their self-catering vacation. It comes equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, etc. An extensive range of kitchenware is also provided for guests. The breakfast nook includes a table and chairs for informal dining. A walk-in pantry is just off the kitchen to store those large food items during you vacation.
Dining Room
The dining room is the second eating area just off the living area. It is beautifully decorated and provides the ideal location for those formal dining occasions. The large extendable dining table seats 10.
Laundry Room
The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron, so don't pack too much - leave the space in your luggage for those designer bargains from the many outlet malls nearby.
The Family Room
With a high cathedral ceiling and high level windows, the family room provides lots of natural light and a spacious feeling. It is cosily decorated and includes a 48" LCD Cable TV.
The family room provides the ideal location for relaxation after a day shopping or at the theme parks.
We have just added a Nintendo Wii for your family gaming pleasure.
Master Suite
The master suite is nicely decorated with a large king-size bed, 2 bedside tables, a large drawer unit and wall mirror. A 32" LCD Cable TV is also provided for your enjoyment. A walk-in closet provides the ideal space to store all those Florida bargains during your stay!
The ensuite includes a double-sized shower, and twin vanity area with separate WC area.
Queen Room
The queen room is as nicely decorated as the master suite. It includes a 20" LCD Cable TV, 2 bedside tables, a large drawer unit and built-in closet.
Two Twin Rooms
The twin rooms are beautifully decorated also and include a 20" LCD Cable TV's, drawer unit and built-in closet. Each room is equipped with 2 comfortable single beds.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, single vanity unit and WC. Hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms of the villa.
