Pool & Spa with Conservation Views

The large pool and spa with oversized pool deck are enclosed in a screened patio overlooking the wonderful conservation woodland area.  The pool and patio area with privacy fencing either side offer a completely private area to enjoy the Florida sun.

There is a covered lanai with ceiling fan offering a shady retreat and a perfect setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At night the lanai is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool and the wonderful sunsets.

We have provided 5 luxury loungers and patio table with 4 chairs and parasol.  For the ultimate alfresco dining experience we have also provided a free standing electric BBQ grill which is stored in the garage for use by the pool.

Family Room

The family room overlooking the swimming pool and conservation area beyond has an enormous state of the art 55" HD LED Flatscreen TV with a BlueRay DVD player and HD cable channels.  In addition, there is an iPod/MP3 stereo player.

The luxury furnishing is very tasteful and is carefully chosen to create a good atmosphere.

There are numerous books, both guides and reading, as well as video's for your use.

Living & Dining Room

As you enter the villa there is a large luxury living room providing comfortable seating ideal for relaxing after a long day at the parks.

Adjacent is the formal dining area with a beautiful dining table with seating for up to 8 persons.  A beautiful chandelier above the table allows you to enjoy dinner in style.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven and hob, plus microwave, large freestanding fridge freezer including icemaker and chilled water dispenser, dishwasher, a 1.5 stainless steel sink with waste disposal, plenty of work surfaces and lot of storage cupboards and drawers, in which you will find ample cutlery, crockery, glasses, utensils as well as pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and lots more.

Breakfast Nook

The breakfast nook with seating for 4 is adjacent to the kitchen and offers views through the family room out to the pool deck.

Laundry Room

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also access through the laundry room to the garage / games toom.

The new games room is supplied with a full sized pool table, electronic darts and Nintendo Wii games console.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom has 2 twin beds, large built-in wardrobes, a flat screen cable TV, clock radio and ceiling fan.

This bedroom has 2 twin beds, large built-in wardrobes, a cable TV/VHS combi, clock radio and ceiling fan.

Please note that all bedrooms have new state of the art memory foam integrated mattresses with duvets and comfort memory foam pillows, so all the family will enjoy the best nights sleep.

The family bathroom is located between bedrooms 3 & 4 and comes with a bath with shower over, toilet and single vanity.  In addition, a hairdryer is also provided.

Cloakroom

The  cloakroom (half bathroom) is located off the main living area with toilet and single vanity.

All bed linen and towels are supplied, you will only need to bring your own beach towels for the water parks and beaches.

You can PLAY GOLF FOR FREE on Highlands Reserve!

Our villa now is member of the Highlands Reserve Rental Advantage Program, which means:

• All guests will feel like a member during their stay.
• No one staying in our home pays any green fees.
• Each guest pays only a $20 member cart fee to play.
• This is valid Year Round, even in the busy seasonal months.

Of course certain conditions apply to make sure there is no abuse of the rules

This membership allows ONLY registered guests staying in our villa to play at Highlands Reserve Golf Club, utilising the membership benefits.

All guests staying in our villa, that are eligible for use of the membership, must be registered with the golf course prior to the membership benefits being used. The membership does not include use of the range, rental clubs, replay rounds, or any other course amenities available at the club. No rain checks or refunds will be given for member rounds.

Each round may be booked no more than 5 days in advance and is subject to availability. The renter must inform the club that they are a Rental Advantage member at the time of the booking, and all tee times must be booked under the address of our villa.

Any rounds that are booked in advance of the 5 day booking window will be subject to normal green fee rates. Renters and Guests must show some form of photo identification as proof that they are listed as a registered renter, client or guest of our villa. Players not registered as residing in our villa are not eligible for the membership benefits.

The Highlands Reserve Golf Club has the right to close or limit facility use for the purpose of scheduled maintenance, severe weather conditions, scheduled outside events, or any other purpose deemed necessary by Highlands Reserve Golf Club.
