This luxurious four bedroom villa backs onto the first green of the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf Course and is the perfect base for your Orlando holiday.

The 24ft heated pool is set in a south-west facing extended deck so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine from early morning and have fabulous evening views of the glorious sunsets.  The pool, which can be heated, has an integral spa with a timed switch to activate the bubbles. The pool is landscaped for privacy to both sides and with the golf course to the rear, it is not overlooked.

The villa comprises of 2,500 square feet of luxury air-conditioned accommodation, furnished and decorated to the highest standards.

The four bedrooms can accommodate 8 people in total comfort with each bedroom having its own cable TV. A further 2 guests can be accommodated on the folding sofa-bed in the family room if needed.

Master Bedroom 1

The master bedroom with Super-King sized bed has its own sitting area, with doors to the pool. It also has a walk-in wardrobe/closet as well as its own master bathroom with his and hers wash areas, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi style bath. Cable TV.

Master Bedroom 2

The second master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and own private ensuite bathroom and cable TV.

Twin Bedrooms

There are two further bedrooms with twin beds each with a cable TV. These share the third bathroom.

Family Room

The large family room overlooks the pool area and has two sofas so the whole family can enjoy a movie together on the large screen cable TV with DVD and surround sound system.  There is also a Sony Playstation 2 with a selection of games as well as wireless internet access.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range with a large oven, a refrigerator and freezer (with an ice cube maker), a coffee maker, blender, microwave and dishwasher plus all the cooking utensils you could require.  Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room which houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

Dining Area

There is sufficient seating for six in the formal dining area and another six in the breakfast nook. There is even an outdoors dining table and six chairs overlooking the pool.

If you simply want a basic villa, or if you are looking for the cheapest accommodation possible for your holiday, then ours is probably not for you.  If, however, you want to enjoy the best (for not a lot more), then our villa is just perfect.

A Few Home Truths...

Whereas the majority of holiday homes are furnished with off-the-shelf 'rental quality' furniture packages, we furnished our villa entirely on our own. We selected the best furniture that we could find from the top furniture stores in the area, and the end result is a blend of style, quality and comfort.  Unlike the majority of holiday homes, which are fitted-out at the lowest practical cost possible, we have invested in top quality furniture, fittings and equipment throughout.

It is a fact of life that some individuals marketing holiday villas are either economical with the truth or hopelessly optimistic with the claims that they make. The following points are just some to be aware of:

Luxurious or Just Comfortable ?

Almost all holiday villas are described by their owners as 'spacious', 'comfortable' and 'well-equipped'. Many are also marketed as 'stylish', 'executive' and 'luxurious'. So, can it all be true ?

How Private ?

Many holiday villas are slotted into quite compact plots and your neighbours may be closer than you think. Many pool decks are extremely close to those either side or behind - sometimes almost on top of each other.  Our villa was constructed on an over-sized, premium plot. There is plenty of space between us and our neighbours and the pool area is not overlooked at all. In addition, creative landscaping has added to the privacy.

How Close to Disney ?

Have you ever noticed how many villas stake great claim by their proximity to Disney ? The classic '15 minutes to Disney' (and sometimes less) may well be feasible at 6am but, to most people who prefer to relax and enjoy their holiday by leaving for the theme parks at a sensible hour, journey times of thirty minutes and longer are by no means unusual.

Highlands Reserve provides easy access as well as a variety of route options which means that at any time of any day it is usually less than 15 minutes from our villa to the Disney parks.
