Dining Room
Located at the front of the villa with luxurious glass topped dining table seating up to 10 persons comfortably
Kitchen
The large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large oven, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, waste disposal, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, china, glassware, cutlery and cooking utensils - everything you could possibly need.
Breakfast bar with stools and separate breakfast nook with table and chairs.
King Master Bedroom 1
King master bedroom with walk-in closet, 26" LCD TV/DVD, hairdryer with patio doors giving direct access to the pool area with enviable views of the golf course.

A large covered deck features an inviting swimming pool which can be heated when required and a built-in spa which can help you to unwind at the end of a busy day at the parks.
The pool and patio area is protected by a screened lanai and has a large gas BBQ, tables, 8 x comfortable chairs and 4 x sun loungers suitable for alfresco dining and sunbathing.
The alarmed patio doors prevent small children from gaining access to the pool area without your knowledge.
Games Room
A large games room with an 8' slate bed pool table, 7' air hockey table, foosball table and electronic dart board provides hours of fun for all ages.

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet access throughout the villa, free local and long distance telephone calls throughout the US and Canada, use of a safe for valuables and high chair, baby crib, booster seat for the little ones. All linens and towels are provided, including pool towels.
Welcome grocery packs can be pre-ordered to be delivered prior to your arrival. The packs can be tailored to suit any guest requirements, from special needs packs, to simple whims and fancies for specific items, to comprehensive Christmas grocery packs. Most requests can be accommodated.
