The accommodation comprises the following:
Living Room
When entering via the main lobby, a beautiful open living room can be found. Overlooking the swimming pool, this is one of several areas where you can quietly relax away from the "hustle and bustle" of the main house. Being a quiet space, with several comfortable chairs and ottomans, you can can put up your feet, have a conversation or get lost in a book.
Dining Room
The formal dining room is located to the front of the property adjacent to the lobby and living room. It comfortably seats 6 persons. Direct access to the kitchen is via an arched opening. A glance at our picture gallery gives indication as to why we call it the "formal" dining room!
Family Room
The family room has ample comfortable seating, and overlooks the pool area with direct access via patio doors. This large area has two sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. This, should it be necessary, raises our villa sleeping capacity to 10 persons.
Our largest tv, together with DVD player, and stereo CD/Radio/Cassette player are all located in this fun, open main hub of the house. The latest DVD's can be easily rented from the superb grocery store, which is within walking distance or a 2 minute drive. (Excellent Chinese, pizza and other takeaway outlets can be conveniently found here with doorstep delivery service also being available).
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with beautiful, natural wood-fronted cabinets and luxurious marble worktops. The comprehensive range of appliances provided include a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, and mini oven to save time waiting for the large oven to heat.
Everything that could possibly be needed is provided, including a large range of quality tableware, glasses and cutlery. There is also a full set of high standard patio plastic wares for use by the poolside.
Breakfast Nook
The adjacent breakfast nook is located next to the kitchen and family room with dual aspect views onto the pool deck. Here, informal seating is provided for 4 persons.
Utility Room
For your comfort and convenience there is a fully equipped utility room incorporating a full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all those designer clothes from the many shopping malls!
All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience. Please note that we also provide beach towels for use outside the villa and at beaches & water parks.
Master Bedroom 1
This really special huge Master suite has a Super king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and large dresser with mirror. We have also provided a digital clock radio alarm for those early morning theme park days!
There is a separate luxury sitting area / tv room with direct access to the pool deck, again allowing truly relaxed tv viewing away from the rest of the house.
The en-suite features a large Florida style Jacuzzi bath, "his & hers" sinks with large "showbiz style" mirrors and lights over, separate toilet, oversized walk-in shower and hairdryers.
A master suite of this size is rare and really must be seen to be appreciated!
Master Bedroom 2
The second master suite has a Queen size bed, Cable TV & DVD, walk-in wardrobe, and dresser with large mirror. The en-suite bathroom has direct access to the pool deck, and also serves as the pool bathroom. It has a walk in shower, toilet, built-in vanity unit, again with large "showbiz style" mirrors and lights and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has an American "Sport" theme. It also has twin sized beds, dresser, large wardrobe and cable TV. The boys usually fight for this room!
Bedroom 4
This exotic bedroom is the same size as bedroom 3 and is designed with a "Jungle" theme. It has twin beds, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets, dresser with mirror & cable tv. Kids usually love this room.
Family Bathroom
Bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by this third bathroom. It has a full bath with shower over, toilet and beautiful built-in vanity unit.
Screened Pool & Deck
The large pool and built in spa has an oversized, specially designed pool deck, which allows maximum sunshine on every day of the Year. There is a removable toddler screen to prevent small children from wandering into the pool, plus pool door alarms to ensure even more child and pet safety after those hard days at the many theme parks, in the shopping malls or on the golf course.
The built in spa heats to 98 F in minutes and is absolutely perfect especially for evening "poaching" sessions.
The covered lanai area just as importantly offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sunshine and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner under the very welcome cooling fan!
After watching a stunning Florida sunset, this totally private area becomes a fabulous setting for that romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - utter bliss!! A table with 6 chairs as well as 4 sun loungers are all provided for your comfort.
For the ultimate in alfresco dining, we can provide a gas BBQ at a small extra charge.
Games Room
New for 2011 is our 750sq.ft games room consisting of an original American Pool / Billiard table together with a full size tournament Foosball / Soccer table.

Our management company provide a unique "meet and greet" service - On arrival, you will be met with the keys and shown around the house. Our team's knowledge of Orlando is second to none, and so here you will have the opportunity to ask questions. Here you will also find a free "welcome pack" of food and your choice of alcoholic and soft drinks specially placed in the fridge.
Prior to your arrival, the property is cleaned to the highest standards, with linen, towels and toilets receiving our special 5 star hotel certification.
We have recently upgraded to the latest protected 15Mb fibre optic wireless internet - simply bring your laptop or PDA to keep up with Facebook or access internet & emails for free. You can also make free International calls compliments of us.
For young families with an infant, we can provide a cot (crib), highchair & stroller.
Our team who all live locally also maintain our property. They will be on hand with 24 hour emergency support 7 days per week.
