Family Room
A family room with two sofas which seat five, 42" Plasma Cable TV with Integral DVD and Wii Games Console (Wii Sports & Wii Sports Resort) in family room. Telephone for free local calls (international calls can be made using a pre-paid phone card or credit card). Patio doors lead to the pool area.
Living Room
The living room has two sofas, 33" Plasma Cable TV with DVD/Video Combo - for UK guests we also have Fox Football Channel which features Sky Sports News and live Premiership Football. The dining area has a formal dining table which seats eight comfortably.
Kitchen
The kitchen has the complete range of appliances you would expect in a luxury American home, including a fridge/freezer with an ice-maker and a dispenser for iced water/crushed or cubed ice. The breakfast nook has a dining table, which seats six. An adjacent utility room has extra large washer and drier, and also stores an iron and ironing board.
Master Bedroom 1
The ground floor master guest room has a queen size bed (6' wide), bedside cabinets, clock/radio, cable TV, 4-drawer chest, walk-in wardrobe, adjacent bathroom with bath and shower. This room is suitable for the elderly or persons with a walking difficulty.
Master Suit
A very spacious master bedroom on the first floor with a panoramic window and views of the golfcourse, and has two king size bed (7' wide) and bedside cabinets. It has a dressing table with drawers, cable TV, clock/radio and en-suite bathroom with a corner bath, spacious shower, and his 'n' hers vanity units. It has a large walk-in closet.
Other Bedrooms
Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin single beds and bedroom 4 has a double bed. All bedrooms have bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes and 20" Plasma Cable TV's with integral DVD. A large bathroom serves bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 and has a shower and twin vanity units.
Wireless DSL Internet Access
We have provided wireless DSL Internet Access - just bring a laptop to enjoy free access to high speed internet & your private emails.
Pool & Pool Deck
The pool deck is 32' wide (approx) with a 24' x 12' pool, and sufficient deck space to allow 10 people to sunbathe simultaneously. It is furnished with table and chairs and pool loungers. A brand new 6 burner gas BBQ is available. Complete pool area is screened to cut down the sunrays, and helps keep the pool and patio area clean. The pool can be heated at an extra small charge.
