Amazing Pool
Because after touring the parks, the malls or the golf course, what better way to unwind than to spend some time watching the sunset around the southwest facing pool and spa with your favourite book and drink in hand. The pool area is screened for privacy ensuring you are not overlooked by anybody (including golfers!) leaving you completely free to enjoy a refreshing swim and we have a remotely operated awning for shade when it just gets too hot.
Entertainment For All
If there are those in your party who still want more, our Nintendo Game Cube and games room (with air hockey, table tennis and table football) should be enough to satisfy them and there is room enough to let them have fun and still leave you undisturbed!
Toddler Friendly
If you are travelling with a toddler, you will appreciate the highchair, travel cot/crib and stroller provided and enjoy peace of mind knowing the patio doors and windows have alarms so you'll know if your child escapes!
And when it comes to packing for your trip, remember you can make use of the laundry room so you bring less and don't return with a suitcase of dirty clothes and as we provide all towels and linens (excepting your choice for the travel cot) that's more room for goodies to take home. Don't ask, but it's Funyuns and Cayman Rum Cake for us!
The accommodation consists of:
Large Family Room
With a comfortable seating area, flat screen cable TV, Hi-fi, DVD/CD Player, games, books and DVDs for your enjoyment. The room opens out onto the pool deck.
Living Room
A quieter room being further from the pool, with comfortable seating, a TV, DVD player and the games console. If the party is large enough you may be using the queen size sofa bed in this room
Dining Area
With large table to seat 6 in comfort.
Kitchen
Has all the space and equipment you could want, including a self cleaning oven, hob, fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, microwave and dishwasher and there is a small table and four chairs for breakfasts.
Laundry Room
Has a washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board.
4 Large Bedrooms
All bedrooms have built-in double wardrobes and ceiling fans for your comfort:
The master bedroom is furnished with a huge new king size bed, has cable TV and an alarm clock to help you catch those park openings. Its en-suite bathroom has an oval bath, walk-in shower, toilet and twin vanity unit and a lockable guest closet containing a mini safe. A hairdryer is provided.
The second double bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and single vanity unit. Again, a hairdryer is provided.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin bedded and are located either side of a shared family bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin.
DSL Internet Access
We have DSL Internet Access so you can access the internet & your email via your own laptop computer. We also offer free unlimited local & national telephone calls.
Is there anything else you want?
We supply a gas BBQ and all you have to do is keep it clean and replenish the gas bottle if it expires during your stay. Our local management company are available to you during your stay should you have any questions about the villa and can even organize for some essentials to be in the kitchen for when you arrive - you need only to specify when you book.
