Villa Layout & Specifications
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated and has been finished to exacting standards. In particular, there is a fantastic games room with an 8 foot 'American Heritage' slate bed pool table. All of the furniture and soft furnishing are premium quality and have been individually chosen.
If you need to stay in touch with the rest of the world, we have a computer with 5MB high speed cable internet access, plus a security enabled wireless router that allows you to use your laptop in any room of the house or by the pool.
Telephone calls to most countries (including the UK and Ireland) are included provided they are made through the telephone provided.
Outside, you can relax on our screened extended deck or enjoy our very private, oversize swimming pool.
The accommodation comprises:-
Large Family Room
Includes two comfortable sofas, one of which converts to a full size sofa bed, solid cherry armoire containing a 27" colour cable TV, DVD, video, DVD and book library), matching cherry chest (with HiFi) and end table.
Large dining area with table and 8 upholstered chairs.
Games Room
A wonderful room to relax and socialize after a long day around the parks / golf course / shops.
The centre piece of this room is an 8 foot 'American Heritage' slate bed pool table. This full size table has premium cues and 'Aramith' pool balls, imported from Belgium. The room also has a gorgeous extra wide sofa, wine rack and drinks tables.
Games Room 2
The Garage has also been converted to a Games Room featuring a 7 foot air hockey table, table football and a darts board.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen has light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances. Includes a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster. Also includes a large range of upscale tableware, glasses and cutlery.
Utility Room
A separate discreet area for the large GEC washing machine and tumble dryer. Also accommodates an ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, and vacuum cleaner. This leads through to the double garage.
Master Bedroom
True luxury with a King size bed fitted with 'Waterford' designer bedding, armoire with 25 inch colour cable TV, twin bedside cabinets, huge walk in clothes storage closet. Patio doors lead directly to the pool area.
The en-suite bathroom includes a large corner bath, large walk in shower, marble topped dual vanity units with marble surfaces. Separate WC.
Second Bedroom
Another luxurious bedroom with Queen size bed fitted with luxury bedding, two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers with 20" colour cable TV and clothes storage closet.
Third Bedroom
With two twin beds, armoire, bedside cabinet, cable TV, Playstation with games, and clothes storage closet.
Fourth Bedroom
With two twin beds, bedside cabinet, cable TV and clothes storage closet.
Family Bathroom
Comprises bath, shower, marble topped vanity unit with marble surfaces and WC.
Screened Pool and Deck
The deck and pool area has excellent privacy, backing onto forestry, with views of the golf course.
The deck has been extended to accommodate an oversize swimming pool. The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool is protected by a pool fence (which can be removed at your risk) and the patio doors can be alarmed and double locked to provide extra security for young children.
